A few interesting tidbits. On 9/19 he was still posting an ad for the red ears. Later the same day he posted another ad stating "THEY ARE ALL SOLD OUT! PLEASE STOP E-MAILING ME!". Apparently he hasn't gotten the grasp of removing his ads just yet.
I visited his website, which by the way is one of the most annoying wastes of bandwidth I've ever had to view. After I turned off the speakers to get rid of the odd sounds and got through all the clicks refusing to install Comet Cursor, I had a look at his stock list.
He claims to have been selling reptiles since 1999 for what that's worth. All he lists as being available though are some crabs and snails. Despite this the site claims to be " #1. IN REPTILES"
The first suspicion is that he is some kid trying to peddle some common herps to make a buck. This may or may not be true, but based on his treatment of the turtles you purchased we can only hope he remains out of stock permenantly.
He has no buisness having anything to do with live animals.
