    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Eyelash Exotics

YOU devised a plan to have your friends and followers ( over 900) to e-mail me and tell me to change my domain and you think that was O.K. You denied it, now you claim it was only up for an hour ,but still I had people harrass me. Even before I had heard your name or even opend the e-mail you had people tell me I need to give you my website or domain? This is a small personal project where I trade/sell with local hobbiests and I worked hard at it. I am 30 years old and there was no webpage design class in any of my schools. It took forever to teach my self how to make it from scratch and to tell me to just give it up to you is silly. Your personal references to legal action are all over your pages and If you look I did not use slang untill you disrespected my site,logo? and Pets and had people I dont know telling me I have to give you what I spent my spare time on. Do you have any idea how long it takes someone with no Web design experience to make a site? Trust me there was sooo many hours late night spent learning the tools. I created this forum to find out if this has occured before as Bullying of this kind is rarely a 1 time thing. The sorry message you sent was after I created this topic not before like you claim.
 
Thanks for clearing that up. I can understand him getting upset about the emails from other people, but he could have handled himself a little better. Mistakes were made on both sides, but you've since apologized for asking people to email him, and seem to have dropped the issue. Hopefully he can drop it as well.

Unfortunately this type of issue is not isolated to the reptile hobby. I work in a couple different types of business situations, and I see it in all of them unfortunately.

Not relevant. Like I said. and I'm not posting anything personal on here because it isn't relevant. People that I actually know have seen such proof and I really could care less if anyone believes it because it legitimately IS NOT RELEVANT.

I wanted to ask him to compromise, US/CA titles to help distinguish the difference between the names and keep people from thinking we are the same. I asked people to help persuade him, yes I did ask for no hate mail specifically. I wasn't going after this guy to bully him

evidently a few people I know have now admitted to messaging him rude things, which I can understand why he would have reacted rudely toward me. All of this I have explained previously. I reacted the way I did because I was unaware of the "harassment" he had recieved. The trademark is irrelevant, as this man is in Canada, and is not breaking any rules, which I had explained to him.

Never threatened to sue, and never said a single rude thing to this guy until he talked to me the way that he did. I had apologized in a letter, and all of that could have been settled but he does not want to let this go, as he wants to remain a poor victim in a stupid dramatic snowball.

Again, my business purchases are irrelevant to this case because I never even brought that up to him, and I have no idea who any of you are. Why would I care whether or not you think I'm lying about something that has nothing to do with this case?

As I said, I apologized, I did not "devise a plan", I thought it would help if you knew that another eyelash exotics existed and that I wasn't just some random jerk, but evidently some people went too far in their messages. I don't know who but please, I don't need you putting their names on here. I never wanted your domain name. You're getting all of this info, I assume, from messages people sent you that evidently did not know anything about the situation. I apologized for the post, because yes that was a mistake of mine, I didn't think of the fact that people would be demanding your domain name until I was talking to a friend about it and she advised that it could start drama. So I took it down. What else do you need to know? It's not bullying. I was retaliating. I am a very nice person until you are rude to me. I'm not sorry for that.

I did not offend your animals or website, the post you are referring to wasn't one that I posted. The link was posted by someone else and the insulting comments to your animals were as well, which is why I asked them not to, since I hadn't even heard from you, and I deleted the comments.

I was completely unaware of this BOI post until I responded. I had no intention of lying about that. Clearly it took me some time to type up, I didn't know you'd go to the BOI with this ridiculous drama and I thought I could settle this crap with you because honestly I can't stand this BS and all of these people accusing me of lying and doing things I haven't.
 
Remember people this compromise of CA/USA occred after the e-mail attack she exicuted before she even said hello or asked about my site. I reacted rudely because of what occured I came home from a busy day at work to find her friends messaging me rude stuff from across the continent, and a webpage telling them where to send such mail and help her obtain what she wanted. I had never heard of her or her friends before so to have thse people gang up on me, put me in a not nice place. It is human nature to either Fight or Flight and I would not sit back and let her tell lies about my site or what her actions were. For a collector like all of you on this forum to hear people tell you they can blacklist you from obtaining new reptile companions in both countries is Hurtfull and if if is possible Wrong. I can home to this I did not search this lady out nor do I have any issues with her friends as they do not know me and only go by what she tells them, that I stole her buisness name and site.

This isn't court. This is me talking to you, Bobby. I didn't get to say anything to you before all of this. I was explaining and apologizing. I even admitted to seeing why you would defend yourself so rudely after hearing from a few people that they said some things to you that should NOT have been said, and I apologize on their behalf as well. Absolutely no threats were from me, I didn't ask anyone to. It's not what I wanted out of this, like I've explained before. This did not need to get dragged to the BOI. I didn't tell anyone that you stole anything. I just shouldn't have posted that in the first place, like I've already said and apologized for. Time to give all this up.

No I'm referring to another case, I blocked you a good long time ago for things you said to me on facebook.

I'm not dragging this into here either because as far as I'm concerned, the BOI is intended for bad purchases and sales transactions, not stupid facebook drama, but I really don't care to hear your opinion on the matter, as you've already had a negative attitude toward me anyway.

I don't want other people's names being slandered here. I just said that I apologized, and accepted responsibility for the actions of others who thought that they were helping but in fact were not.

Why are you so rude, and why do you even care enough to be involved in this ridiculous facebook drama? I don't even know you, The person who wrote that only did it because they saw how rude he was publicly in a comment to me, and got mad and defensive about it. It's not fair to slander other people who were defending me because they were under the wrong impression.
 
Lynn at the age of 30 I have heard Sorry sooooooooooooooo many times , This forum was to find if you have done similar things before , some people say you did,I do not know these people nor do I see a motive for them to lie. To say I did not know people would e-mail me and that you did not intend for this to occur Is non scence I am glad one of your friends had you remove it as it could of been far worse with 900 people e-mailing me. You knew exactly what you were doing before you were advised to remove it. If I see no one else has had issues with you and you do not make this a habbit I would love to forgive someone for a mistake but this was more than a simple mistake this was an angry woman who was just about to get her buisness started and found out some Canadian guy had the same name for his page. You thinking I didnt know about all the other posts and that I only got your nice e-mail was a mistake. IF no one has had issus with ya than good luck with the NEW buisness and please do not use your friends or the internet to bully people in any way.

Lynn and I have some very big connections, including the biggest and best known names in the industry, and the biggest name in New Caledonian geckos in Canada. We can make sure you won't be able to buy any nice geckos from any well known breeders if you aren't careful. I would strongly advise issuing her an apology for the insult, or risk going nowhere in this hobby.

This was in reference to her facebook page she was writing on and I wrote "twaaat" like "Biaach" its close to twat but meant to be a joking slang.

I definitely wouldn't have gone through all this trouble to explain and apologize, had I known you were going to ignore it and think that I'm some horrid b**** anyway. Why not?
