    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Alright everyone, lets see your leo, or snake, "breeding" facility pictures (racks, where ya keep em, how the tubs are set up..)

i think its pretty interesting to see where and what everyone keep their geckos in,,so lets se some pics, i'll post mine in a bit..

Here's a cute picture of one part of my "facility". It only shows part of one wall but the other three walls look pretty much the same. Except one wall is Vision cages containing Rhacodactylus. I'll take some new pictures soon maybe.

Lucky for me I have my little helper to keep things neat, haha!

Here we go…

These are my adult racks. I have 3 of them and each one holds 44 geckos for a total of 132.

This is my baby rack. It holds 50 geckos. I wish I have more space because I need more racks!

Here's my rack....

My rack is huge and has 36 aprox 10"X13" all glass cages. It was custom built by the guy I bought it from and has a helix control system (DBS 1000) which is not pictured. Sorry for the pic, there was no way for me to take a picture including the whole rack through the doorway, it simply wouldn't fit. I evenually plan to get another rack from animal plastics once I run out of space.

thats a beautiful rack, you should try to get a sideways shot, that way it shows the entire thing

one question though, how is it ventilated?

Reply

I has about 1/3" at the top of each cage, which unfortunately allows some of the crickets to escape.....but the geckos still can't. I've housed geckos in it for months now and I haven't had any ventalation problems.
