    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

frozen tilapia fillets, each fillet was about 5x7 inches.
Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic and Parmesan Wing Sauce (large container sold on Amazon)

Per large serving:
Put 3 frozen fillets in frying pan. Drizzle 3/4 cup of sauce on top.
Depending on whether you have gas or electric you will have to gauge the heat/time for yourself. I currently have electric so cooked medium heat one side about 10 minutes from a cold start and the other around 6. The sauce has some oil in it so you don't have to worry about adding oil or butter.

That's it. Depending on sides it can be lunch or dinner.
