    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

FaunaClassifieds Flyer.....

I don't do a lot of selling, but I do put on three Expos a year and would certainly make them available to attendees at the entrance table. I do hundreds of educational programs a year and could see having them available for those also.

Let me know when they are available. :thumbsup:

OK, I got the PhotoShop file from Stephanie and made up a .PDF file that anyone can download if they want to and print on their local printer to take to the shows. Bear in mind, however, that this is a 90 megabyte file, so I really don't advise anyone with a slow connection to even attempt that.

I'll see what my printer will charge me to print up 5,000 or so of these (when I have time, of course) and will see if I can round up some boxes so I can send anyone interested a few hundred to distribute at shows and the like.

Oh yeah, I did make one little itty bitty change to the flier. I took out the left and right justification in that BOI text box and just centered the lines of text.
 
Not quite.

When people click the GGC it goes to Fauna, right? Lots of them may not have a clue what Fauna is. I thought having the GGC link to the flyer would at least explain the purpose of Fauna.

When someone clicks on the GGC banner on a participant's website, it is supposed to take them to the poll in the GGC forum. If it doesn't then they have it set up incorrectly on their website.
 
Sometimes I'm sooooo dense. A smart person would have offered spots on this flier for sponsor advertising to help cover the cost of it. I did have someone anonymously donate money for the fliers (THANK YOU!), but you would think I would have more marketing savvy then I obviously do after doing this stuff for a number of years...... Duh..... :bandhead0

Anyway, stopped by the printers today an approved the proof. They should be ready Wednesday or Thursday. I still have to get some mailing boxes to hold several hundred of them as well.

Anyone wanting a batch to be sent to them, please PM or email me with your mailing address..... [email protected]. I do NOT want to have these things sitting around here for long. Connie is already about ready to skin me alive for all the boxes of shipping materials I have sitting on "her" porch...... :duck01:

It's not like it can't be done on the next round of flyers, Rich. :)
See how well this set goes and if you need more, offer sponsorships then...Wouldn't be too hard to adjust the flyer to add a couple of sponsors.
 
OK folks! I've picked up the fliers and also got some shipping boxes to use to send them out in. I have no idea how many each box can hold, but I really don't want to have all those fliers around here for long. So come and get them!

Please drop me a line with your mailing address if you want to take some off my hands and distribute them for me.

Tim, yes, I have your address. Thanks! And a few others. I'm hoping more people will take these fliers off my hands so I don't have to store them for a long time. The wife is getting that look in her eye that she wants to strangle me over all the shipping supplies we have stored on our porch.... :eek:
