    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

FaunaClassifieds upgrade now in progress

SO far, I'm enjoying playing with all the new stuff....like the different yet still familiar enough to feel comfortable feel!

But uh, it's probably going to take awhile before everyone figures out that their name isn't in the spot under their avatar anymore. I imagine there's a few things to work out, but overall, I think it's great!

Ooh... i almost wonder if they might bleed over to the original site? Man i hope not. That would get ugly real quick!

lets test it!

Ill make a test thread in hell, and then tag it. if it bleeds over, ill delete the tags over there.

Basically tags are specific words that are assigned to a post/thread that are more quickly searchable (as opposed to searching all the words in a thread/posts)

Here. Real simple. then youll know what it does. no thinking involved. Click search.

Got it? See tag search? Click that.

See the list it brings up? You can click one of those words ( people seriously start adding some, my list is NOTHIN!) and itll bring you to tagged posts relevant to that topic.

I Try to stick with ones already made, or create COMMON tags that I think people will search for ( Ball Python, Boa, Hatchling), So... to me.. it makes sense to put Health problems under health... and so on. We could get more specific and do. Health Ball Python, Health Boa, Health Bull snake... and so on. But i suppose we could just keep them in a common tag too...... *shrug*

But you can search as well. just type in the search box. Dont see your topic? ADD IT! BWAHAHAHA This ROCKS! thanks rich!!!
 
Please God tell me we didn't lose the Photo Gallery? I'm getting a page not found error every time I hit the link
 
Found a glitch.:)

All the big pics I posted are now thumbnails.

When you click on them to view a larger image it says you do not have permission, log in. and of course I'm logged in.
 
Where did the main page go?

Does anyone know if one of the pages is configured like the old main page? Links to the most recent BOI articles, ADs, Discussions and Legistative Talks down the left and a Discussion Forum Index down the middle. I will miss that format, I don't like the new main page.

It appears I am no longer allowed to upload attachments to threads, I'm over my limit. I currently have 2.51 MB of attachments. Something else I don't like about the new system.

Are we going to see banners in sig lines now? I personally find them distracting and annoying.
