    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Can someone with knowledge of how the feedback system works take a moment to explain to me why I can receive negative feedback from other members but cannot leave negative feedback in return? All I seem to have available to me in terms of options to leave feedback is "especially good post". Why would this be?

I would think you could since you have a positive rep. I only know that when in the red you aren't supposed to be able to hand out karma.
 
One has to be at the "Contributor" level, or higher, in order to leave negative feedback, Chuck. You can see what the various membership levels can do here
 
Thanks so much for taking the time Harald. I wasn't aware of the perk changes. Guess I'll wait till I'm done moving down to Florida to change my membership level and settle some scores. ;)

When one is in the red (negative reputation/karma), karma can still be handed out...it just doesn't impact the receiver's number. It will appear as grey, in their Latest Karma Received column

In my time here as a PA transplant, I have found Pennsylvanians to be among the best folk I have ever had the pleasure of eating....errrrr....I meant meeting. You could drive down any road in my area and not know a single soul and the local folks out tending to the yard will stop and wave hello. Thats normally when I tend to steer my vehicle straight at them and watch them run! Heh heh...just kidding. Great folks! Its simply amazing. A great state to live and raise a family in.

But whats this Flordia place your talking about? Is it near Florida? Heh...just kidding again. A parting joke from one Penny nut to another. ;)

I'm 41 and I don't party anymore Bruce. At least not with fags! I have a wife and children. I'd miss the Amish food, but that's about all I can think of at the moment. Maybe more will pop up when I get outta here. Nice people though, I can admit, outside of the local wal-mart. I'll take a nice house in Georgia/South Carolina region, though, thanks. I just recently saw a nice condo on TV at the Carolina beach. Want to forward me 750,000? :D

Shoveling snow is good for a few extra bucks. Or was. Damn snowblowers. All the old people around here stepped up in technology and I've gone bankrupt.

Edit: I forgot one thing. You know, know, -know- you will miss Intercourse, Pennsylvania.

Did you know there is actually a town in Newfoundland called Dildo? Yep, look it up. No joke. Dildo, Newfoundland. I've always wondered just how BIG Dildo is. Do they call themselves Dildoians? Does Bruce and Tom vacation in Dildo? These are the questions that will forever plague me.

Anyway, I'm sorry that I don't have $750,000.00 to lend you, but I'd be happy to let you vacation at my place under my PA refugee program that I'll soon be establishing. Will you collect anoles for food? Its part of my criteria for acceptance.
