    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Are there any places in the Los Angeles that sells feeder rabbits, or at least cheap ones

I get feeder rabbits from various sources. In the midwest we have a lot of farmer's market-type of sales where people can set up and sell their animals. It's kind of like a flea market for animals. It's usually farm animals such as but not limited to: rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, peafoul, goats, pigs, sheep, etc. There are several here in MO and in IL. I also go to exotic animal auctions and buy rabbits, mice, rats, etc. I don't know if L.A. has these types of sales or not.

I usually pay around $3 for rabbits and at the last auction this month I paid $1.50 for rabbits and I bought 76 adult mice at 35¢ each. If I had the freezer space, I could have bought about a hundred rabbits, all at $1.50 each because no one was bidding!

Look around, maybe you can find something like the above. Check out auction houses and see if they have any exotic animal auctions or farmer's markets near you.

At the farmer's markets I've seen them priced anywhere from $3 all the way up to $20 depending on the breed, size, etc. Usually I can get them in a quantity of about 10 for around $3 each.
