• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

ok, i know they're hard to come by right now since they failed to make it on the last big shipment before CITES took effect. well, i recently lost my male of my only pair of henkeli and im left with a lone female. she's pretty yellow in color. ill probably get pics up soon. she's a WC, i got her at a local reptile show in september of last year. she has never had any problems feeding, she is actually very very fat. the only trades i will consider are for u. pietschmanni, but i dont expect that. i think i have received an offer for her for around $200, but that was before i even decided that ill be selling her. so now that i've made my decision, im seeing what people are willing to offer. the bad part is the season. shipping might be a hassle, but i will cover all of this with people who are interested. so shes about 5 months captive, very well acclimated, and full adult size. i can weigh her, but she might be too big for my scale. she has 2 or 3 tiny holes thru her tail near the fringe, possibly from an injury in the wild but no way to know for sure. sometimes she has a little trouble getting the last bit of shed skin off, but with some help, soaking, and a pair of tweezers it shouldnt be hard to take care of. she's fairly calm and has been great since the day i got her. shoot me an email at [email protected] if interested.

ok guys, heres the situation right now. because of the cold weather everywhere, there's some guys who live close enough to pick her up, but i've been getting more people emailing me day after day. ill be gone this weekend, and when i get back ill email everyone.

I am very interested in her!!!
Please call me
I have a breeding colony and I am short on females!!
Thank you

ok, big apology coming from me here....i went to the SC reptile show today with absolutely no expectations of finding any leaftails, and well what do you know....there is one henkeli at the entire show, and it was a beautiful male. i really apologize for getting anyone's hopes up, but i really didnt expect to find any males and i just happened to come across this LTC. so once again, sorry guys, but hopefully ill be able to repay you all by producing some babies within the next year. i hope no one is going to kill me for this!
