I finally got my Albino male to hook up with my Het female! Every previous attempt I had to separate them because he wanted to eat her instead of breed her!

They hooked up again this morning so I hope she takes. I would love to see some little albino heads poking out of eggs in a few months!
 
Well it looks like she is gravid but still too early to be sure. I palpated her this morning and felt some small bumps. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I usually have to feed some of my Kings a few hours or the day before I plan on putting them together. Never had to with my Nelson's though.
 
I loaned this male out to a friend who needed an albino male and suggested this before placing him with the female and it worked. He said there was no aggressive behavior besides the normal love nips. Thanks for the suggestion. I have never had to do this with any other milk.
 
Well my female is gravid as far as I can tell. She is getting round now. I hope to see some eggs soon!
 
I'm not even close but I want to be just like you when I grow up Jim!!! :)
