    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

First clutch of the year is at day 48 and the anticipation is killing me. They were laid on April 11th which is a very early ball clutch for me. I have 3 more gravid females that will be dropping in the next week or so which is when I usually get my clutches.

Anyway, here's are 2 pictures of when I found them, and one from today. The females is a normal and the male is a very stunning lemon pastel. So not much to hope for except good odds with respect to a pretty pastel female or 2.

Hey, at least you won't have to wait the 2 months like I do to find out the results.... update in a week or so.....

Congrats on the clutch! Hope you get at least a couple female Pastels!

I had to wait 48 days for my one clutch this year, too, so I know how you feel! Talk about antsy!!! ;)

Day 55 and those scissors are starting to look pretty good.....:rolleyes:

snip, snip, clip, clip......:shootfoot

Don't have a razorblade? Scissors are oldskool ;)

Never used a razorblade. I have used scissors, fingernail clippers, tweezers, a seam ripper, a penknife, and my teeth.... Ya' know whatever is in reach when I finally lose patience. This year though I have a nice pair of surgical scissors our pediatrician gave me that I want to try out. I should look all professional like, and won't have to worry about tasting anymore snake amniotic fluid..... sweet goodness. :ack2:

I'm so glad I wasn't drinking when I read that--there'd be orange pop all over the screen!!!!!

Put the sharp objects down, and back away from the eggs....

Dave

I'm not a big fan of cutting but I grew impatient waiting to see what was in there. On a side note 3 of the five had pipped on their own as of this morning so I slit the others to see what they were..... As I suspected, they were snakes. :shrug01:
