    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

First Clutch 2011

Once again Thanks for the postive reinforcement the one egg I am worried about is the one thats in the far right of the picture away from the thermometer. She pushed the egg to the side... It seems to be ok and has viens in it like the other's so... time shall tell

Should be fine :) Rolling in the very beginning usually doesn't hurt since the embryo isn't fixed to one side of the egg yet - the problem arises when the egg is in one position for a while then suddenly gets changed. Keep us posted!

Without a doubt I will most deff keep everyone informed It didn't roll away she the Mother Bp pushed the egg away from the rest of the eggs towards the front of the cage

I had an egg roll out of the nest repeatedly last year because the eggs just didn't adhere to one another normally. I was worried to death over that egg the first time I saw it rolled out because I didn't know which end was "up" and how to reposition it in the nest. In the end, though, it didn't matter. Unless there is some forceful trauma involved that would injure the embryo inside, these eggs are very resilient and appear to be self-correcting if/when turned. I wouldn't fret too much over that egg. :)

Before being paired up she weighed around 2500 grams Im not sure what she weigh's now as after taking the egg's from here Imma let her get some rest :) and while she was gravid she max'd out my scale LoL

Yup a total of 8 eggs not bad for her first time and the sire's first time
I didn't weigh the egg's as there was only one seprate and I didn't want to try and force the other's apart

Congrats 8 eggs is awesome for the first year! I had one give me 4 last year and I palpated her at 4 again this year, I may have to give her a year off to put on some size? I usually just weigh the entire clutch and then get an average per egg. Yours all look big and healthy, you should be fine?

That she was... Good new's Momma's back on feed and hammering rats like she was before she laid... Out of all the Bp's I've owned she was by far one of the best eater's F/T or live she dont care lol

Well I have a little over/less than 12 days left before they should begin to hatch I cant wait They all seem to be good cant wait to see what hatch's lol
