    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

First clutch ever, your opinion?

Hey all, here is my first clutch ever, freshly out of the egg. So I have a (good?) idea of what all of them are but wanted to hear your thoughts. Sorry about the crappy pics but I'm not exactly the best photographer.

I was hoping someone would say that killer bee may be g-stripe as well, but if you aren't seeing it I guess it isn't (but maybe I'll have to hold it back for future breeding)

My thinking is that it isn't because it has so much pattern, but I am by no means an expert in GStripe combos. Just going off how little pattern the GStripe Bee has.

Yeah I was thinking that too but the neck stripe (and bit of body stripe) got my hopes up, plus I have never seen an example of a killer bee g-strip (even using my google-fu)

That killerbee does look different than a normal killerbee. First thing i noticed was the dots missing on his head like a lot of killerbees have plus looks like there is a stripe going.down his dorsal. Idk not an expert.

Nice clutch! I am fairly new to ball pythons but I am guessing that killerbee is gstripe also. The "killerbee" you have has a reduced amount of pattern "crossover" unlike most killerbees I have seen. If you look at that bee stripe it has a few crossovers also. Hope you turn out to have a killerbee gstripe!

That's a tuff one.

Super pastels are usually a little more busy then pastels. That might account for the little bit more pattern. You got a good chance at it being a killer bee g stripe. On the other hand I've seen killer bees and bees with full stripes. That's a tuff call. But if I were you I'd deff keep it. Very nice first clutch!!!

So for my 2nd and last clutch of the year, I held the possible killer hornet back (from the previous posts, 1st picture). Paired him with a pastel g stripe female and got the clutch below. While not 100% definite g-stripe, it does bring the probability to 3%.

Ok, I am no expert on G-stripes, but that Super Pastel G-stripe (I think) looks awesome! And IDK, but the stripes look really prominent on the babies that are for sure G-stripe. The killerbee and the Bumblebee don't look to be G-stripes, but that's just my opinion. I am assuming that the Het in them could possibly be influencing the snakes? Maybe?

Yeah I thought the super pastel g-stripe has a nice look. The hornet and killer hornet are g-stripe, can tell by the reduction of side pattern, in my experience the het really doesn't have "bleed through" at least not when it comes to spider combos (don't know about other morph combos). If you look at the other snakes in the original clutch (all g-stripe or 100% het) none of them really have anything that would look like influencing.
