Just some quick questions. First I'll say long time herp keeper, but my wife isn't a snake fan. So with the marriage my 0.1 Boa Constrictor, 1.0 Cal King, and 0.1 BRB all had to go.
Now I have halfway talked her into a hoggie and acquired a 2014 0.1 anaconda.
Do to mixed advice I'm looking for critiques in husbandry for her. Here's the facts.
She is 13 inches long and 000000 grams.
Housing- 27 quart tub
Substrate- Aspen
Feeding- Pinkies twice weekly (with small amounts of calcium glubonate
injected) 0.05 ml
- Fed outside of viv with unscented
Temps- Directly on heat pad 93, top of substrate at heat pad 84, ambient 81, cold side substrate 69 (Partially due to humid hide)
-Left on 24 hours a day
Humidity- 25% with humid hide on cold side and water dish.
Lighting- None direct, but does receive full spectrum from surrounding vivs
but obviously uvb is filtered.
