Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So I went to see the latest Karate Kid movie, and there is a beautiful scene where Dre and Meiying have their first kiss.

On screen, and in real life, those are memorable moments.

Do you remember yours?

that was a very long time ago... and my memory aint that good.
 
I was 14 years old, in 1974, and I was at Camp Oswegatchie, outside of Watertown, NY.

I was walking down a trail with a boy I'd met the day before, and he laid a lip-lock on me.
 
Valentine's Day Dance, Freshman year of High School, my boyfriend Josh and I were dancing to "Faithfully" and he just leaned over and kissed me very softly. We ended up liplocked for the rest of the song, and i still remember it like it was yesterday, even though it was more than 20 years ago. First kiss, and first true love, who knows what might have been if he hadn't been killed in a car accident a few years later:(:(
 
As I stated in my first post... I cant remember all the particulars about that FIRST one.... I do remember with who, where and what she looked like... but not all the little details.

However..... The first kiss that I want to remember hasnt happned yet... but should be happening in the somewhat near future.
 
I was 10 and I had the chicken pox. The neighbor boy ran up to me, gave me a peck, and sprinted off giggling like crazy. I was incredibly creeped out and continued playing with my bike.
He got the chicken pox 2 days later.
True love.
 
I remember mine like it was 15 minutes ago, and no details except to say I really wonder how she is doing now.
But really, if I really care for someone, the first kiss with them is kind of like that very first kiss years ago.
Yeah I know, I'm a bit of a sapp.
