Flatout Blackmail?

A little while ago I received a very disturbing email. I was just about to post it with the following comment

“Wow now Ritchie send’s me yet another harassing email. This time to directly blackmail me to stop or else he will take his actions future.
I don’t even have to go into anything, this email speaks for it’s self.”

Well I just about hit submit before sending this post and email when I noticed something, the return path was different. Instead of one of Ritchie’s known email addresses of [email protected] it is [email protected]. Notice that there is an “I” missing. So what’s this mean? Well could mean a few things.
A. Either Ritchie Luna has sent this to me in attempts to blackmail me while trying to protect his actions
B. Either Ritchie Luna has sent this to me hoping that he could get me on some sort or deformation charges saying I am making up information to attempt to deceive people
C. It was deliberately sent by someone else to throw fuel on the fire
D. It was a deliberate attempt to of some other plan by either Ritchie, someone else of fauna, or some other outside person
E. A combination of the above

The above are my sole idea’s on this email. However whatever the answer, the motive is clear, to attempt to harass me.
We also know that Ritchie has recently begun a serious of attacks as well.
So what do I think of this? I am still uncertain. While I can see Ritchie writing such a email to me, I do not know who written it at this time.

My advise to Ritchie would be to contact hotmail if infact he did not write this email. I would also advise him to email me “souly” on this issue as well. Obviously if he did not write this email, I would not want to place this on him and resolve who infact did send this email. This would be in both of our best interest’s to do. I would also be safe to say that Ritchie will be able to send me a response on this issue within a reasonable time frame.

This is a no win situation.

1. I wrote it and everyone thinks I am an a$$40L3
2. I deny it. And everyone will think I am denying it to try and set up mario.
3. I say the things I am saying now and everyone will think....."aaah the old I can't win routine. Working on peoples' Pity"


I will say one thing though.

I now of only one person who spells it as future instead of further.
I now of only one person who spells it medison instead of medicine.
I only know of one person who says Said's instead of says


p.s. someone claims dyslexia. Dislexyc(sp?) people do not mispell like that.

I was really really tempted to e-mail you and try to figure this stuff out.
Then I thought to myself. Why in the world would someone who has at least two of my e-mails.....why would he ask me to contact him? When he can easily press the e-mail button and e-mail me.

I was tempted to e-mail you and work on this together. I had thoughts of peace going through my head. The same thoughts of peace that I had when I wrote an apology letter. Then I woke up and realized......the same apology letter that was thrown back into my face and represented as another attack.

Sorry no dice. You are probably working on trying to get my time stamps and IP information to fake some kind of letter.

Also, it wouldn't be a bad idea to place an inquiry with hotmail and see if they have a record of this email being sent as it is clearly inappropriate.

Do not contact Mario about this, I can't see any good coming from it. I suspect, much like you, that this is some sort of bait.

Anyone could see that the email is a familiar writing style, but certainly not Ritchie's.

Well, Ritchie has now obviously have ample time read the post and respond. It is quite apparent to me that he is not very interested in determining the actual source of the email do to his response’s. His replies were also quite speedy on this matter as well. Interesting how his replays all day seem to be like this.

Here is how things have gone down with this email.

1. I checked my email and found this black mail threat that appeared to come directly from Ritchie.
2. I Went to post this on these forums along with posting my comments.
3. Prior to hitting submit, I notice that the email addy was fishy looking, not of Ritchie Luna’s normal email addy.
4. I rewrite my response to clearly demonstrate the above, my theories, and a message to resolve this issue
5. I write a letter to AOL regarding this matter (both 5 & 6 appears to have occurred in the same time frame)
6. Ritchie has written his first post on threaded=25803 to say their was too many ways this issue could go along with trying to represent to everyone that this was a no win situation for him. Not only does he attempt to conceive this out to be a no win situation for himself, but he also makes insinuations that I had probably written this email along with claims or questions that I am not dyslexic. (both 5 & 6 appears to have occurred in the same time frame)
7. Ritchie has written a second follow-up posting to his own posting (as usual). This time to indicate that he is not willing to attempt to determine weather or not anyone else was involved in the writing of this email. He also makes claim that he was going to email me on this but thought not too. He claims he had more thoughts of peace running through his head. But then saids that the “so called” apology letter was thrown back at him. So he makes it clear that he is unwilling to workout this issue at hand and I am just going to try to “fake some kind of letter”.
8. Ken Harbart quotes the answer “C. It was deliberately sent by someone else to throw fuel on the fire” and makes the statement of “The obvious scenario. The person who wrote that email didn't put much effort into duplicating Ritchie's writing style.”
9. Steven Beckerman then responds that it’s obviously not Ritchie’s writing style. He also writes “Assuming its a legit email and not simply something composed by Mario, whose IP is 205.188.209.40” to lead people to believe that is in fact my IP address which would be the same as the emails.
10. Steven Beckerman writes a reply following his first to indicate other’s to place an inquiry to hotmail and see if they have any record of this email being sent as it is clearly inappropriate. Again, he is insinuating that their was no such email. He also advises Ritchie not to contact me (to get to the bottom of this) as he cannot see any good coming from it. And that he suspects like Ritchie, that it is some sort of bait. He also makes implications that this isn’t Ritchie Luna’s writing style but mine.

It’s clear on the direction that this issue is going. Instead of any attempts made to actually get to the bottom of this, Ritchie and the others wish to make statements that it is obviously not Ritchie’s, it is some sort of set up, it is my writing style and so forth. Now obviously if Ritchie and the rest of fauna was searching the truth, then they would have been a little more eager to attempt to test the waters and see how willing I was to work with them on resolving this issue instead of just making the blanket statements that they did. This indicates to me the most likely scenario IMO that Ritchie Luna either directly written and sent this email or had one of his acquaintances do this and was some way involved. I made it very clear and public that I wanted to get to the bottom of this. My response was short, a strait to the point with the most likely scenarios I had in mind.



Before I had posted this whole post, their was a new reply posted my Ritchie in regards to the IP address that Steven attempted to insinuate was mine.
Ritchie had clarified the fact that the IP was an AOL IP.
Because their was nothing else said about this I have reason to believe it may have been in attempts to harbor the idea that he doesn’t want people thinking he’s trying to pull anything. His post’s are generally not short and sweet like this. There is usually always something added to attack me on.
So I would like to point out. Ritchie has attempted to knowingly pass an IP on me before. But it was a other member that showed this was incorrect. So he was publicly burned on this. This was also in regards to the same issue where Ken tried saying he had the Wayne County Sheriffs track an IP back to me to falsely represent evidence because in his own mind he was confidante I was behind some posting on Kingsnake. So I think this is the reason Ritchie clarified the IP as his prior statements did not attempt to address the issue in a more proper manner. (I’m sure he will come back and say I tried to help, blah blah blah).
Another possibility is the fact that Ritchie does post using a AOL account as well. So it could be in attempt to make it look like I am intentually using a AOL IP to future insinuate that he in fact sent the email or that I am trying to conceive that idea at least.

Well talk about 'THE WORLD IS OUT TO GET ME " syndrome.
Sheesh he comes up with all these things.

the reason I asy it is an aol IP and the reason I left it at that is because there is not much of anything that can be done with AOL IP's. Obviously you keep insinuating that I planned it or had someone plan it.
I was gonna leave things the way they wre because it is obvious either....
A. someone wrote it to make us go at each other again
or
B. One of us wrote it to make the other look bad.

and to me...both of these situations are just STUPID. This whole situation has gotten STUPID. So I was gonna leave things the way they were. But obviously you feel the need to drum up more drama.

the reson I do not want to touch this..... is because it would be a popularity contest. NOT what is the truth?

Those on my side will say. mario wrote that letter to try and frame me. It is obvious. he still makes the same spelling mistakes.

But there is another side to the coin

Those that are on Mario's side. All four of them. Him, Rakell, some thirteen year old kid, and himself.
Their side is ...Ritchie could have written that and spelled those things deliberately to try and make mario look bad.

I thought that Ritchie's e-mail was [email protected] and it apprears that the originating e-mail came from [email protected] (notice the missing "i") so that it would be so easily overlooked and mistaken. I have no idea how this originated and don't really care but such an obvious "mistake" could easily re-direct the investigation as to the originator of the badly spelled land worded e-mail.

WHile I may be wrong, this one popped unto my mind as I was reviewing it for he 2nd time. Take a look and let me know if I'm wrong.

While I do fumble with the keys occassionally, I don't have dyslexia and can actually spell fairly well. Not sure who you are thinking about, but suspect that you've got the wrong person in mind. Is no problem, but just thought I'd point out what, to me at least, appeared obvious.

I persoally have mild dyslexia....(mostly numbers..sometimes letters) But I had to look twice to notice.
