In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a fly river turtle for sale. Shell length is 9-9.5 inches. I've owned him since 2003 and reluctantly want to sell due to a lack of time between work, kids, and family obligations. Have owned him/her since very tiny. Very tame...eat algea pellets. VERY healthy...never a case of fungus. Have been housed with fish with no problems. Can ship. $1000 or best offer. I've seen FRT going for alot more on Kingsnake.com. If you would like photo's and are interested in purchasing this guy, please email me at [email protected]
thanks

deal fell through...still available

I turned down several interested people due a deal with someone who bailed last minute. He is still available and will ship.

Spectacular, wish I had the money. They are still out of reach for me financially but my fave turtles besides my common snapper.

I have a few various turtles, love them, some I had for over a decade now & can pet my snapper on his head -- never snapped -- one of a kind? maybe.

Also like a few other things but my screen name speaks for itself! Ok, sorry for the off topic now.

I wish they could breed in captivity to bring down prices. I always wondered what there personality's were like in person.

I look at allot of youtube video's on them as the Pig Nose always intrigued me.

In any case "BUMP" and great Turtle!

Good Luck,
Stephen

I have silver from the 1700's I could trade all hall marked, pure silver plus cash. I figured it was worth throwing out there but fat chance as not everybody is into very old handmade Pure silver from the 1700's, Rat tails, etc -- haha.

They are worth ALLOT just in weight but even more in antique -- and I did not even identify all of them yet/makers, etc!

IN ANY CASE, GOOD LUCK AND MAY HE GET A GREAT HOME!
IT SEEMS HE WAS RAISED BY A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON, VERY HEALTHY LOOKING!

ANYBODY INTERESTED, THIS IS A GREAT PIG NOSE!

Thanks for your proposal but I don't think I know enough about about either silver or antiques to convert it to anything of value. Thanks though. I've had this guy for 7-8 years. I've had a couple of these guys over the years and, although all were great, this guy is the most perfect specimen I've had. I hate to get rid of him but I need to downsize my time invested into this hobby. I've had quite a few inquires, so far, so we'll see.

Hey No Problem,

I wish you the best of luck and thanks for the response. He is a perfect FRT. Do not Budge on your fair price and as I am sure you will do already, get him to only a good home!

Kind Regards,
Steve

BTW: I know they are kind of in between like a soft shell and hard but more towards soft so it takes allot of work to keep there shells as excellent as this guy, SUPERB!

WORTH THE $.
