    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

8" shell, 12 to 14" overall. Had for 13 years in a 60 gallon breeder tank and it is now getting too big. Bought from turtleman.com years back and has papers stating he was captive bred. Has been feeding on crayfish and live fish mainly.

$200 plus shipping

Jeez thats a nice snapping turtle! and a nice picture! If I wasnt afraid to loose a limb(Iam a clutz) Id buy one as well Iam limited to a 125g. I was thinking of upgrading in a couple of years but yeah. I got a question. I keep trying to find the growth rate on these and common snappers do you by any chance would know? Like how much snappers grow a year(ussually)? I know commons grow faster than gators. Also can you hold them by the sides? Or can they reach that far? I keep thinking youd hold them like you would hold a musk turtle? Only with two hands, and great care not to get bit.

Budoboy,

I have an Ally Snapper, got him from Johns place about 12 years, just like your you have for sale above. My turtle is about the same size as your turtle. Don't you think that 8-9 inches over 12-13 years is small?

Email me when you get a chance, Mark Berry ([email protected])
