    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone,

So I found a seller through Facebook on Facebook through a closed group, giant Indian tiger centipedes This past Friday, December 23rd. He was listing a bunch of centipedes that I was interested in, so I responded with a private message of the centipedes that I wanted, and he listed the price. I asked for the total cost (including shipping) and asked for his PayPal email. He gave me his PayPal email, so I sent the payment, which then he was irritated of me that I should have asked before I sent the payment, because he was away from home and that his son was to handle the affairs. This would have been great to know before sending the payment, so I recalled it.

He then insisted that I use Western Union because his son does not have a PayPal account, and I though that it's a little fishy, but I went ahead and sent the payment. He then bombards me on why is it taking so long for the transaction to go through and I replied that my transaction is on hold waiting for approval. After waiting for over 2 hours, I finally decided to call and deal with the customer representative on pushing the transaction. Well, the money became available for pickup Sunday, December 25th and this guy was texting me that how his son couldn't pick it up because of the holiday and like he went without getting paid. I was like thinking "this is all my fault right," but decided not to reply back.

Well, today I found out that this person's Facebook account is not found because it is not there, our Facebook conversations from him says Facebook User and that I can not reply to this conversation because user account needs to be verified. I can't find him on the closed group, his posts on the group, or his info on Facebook, so I got worried and had the Western Union transaction canceled with the expense of $25.99 in service fee that I can't recuperate. This person is made at me know that the items were ready for shipping, but is it my fault that I felt something was off from the beginning? Did I jump the gun? Also if the parcel were ready to be shipped, that would mean a shipping label has had to have been created right, because I have asked for a tracking for proof? Anyways sorry for this lengthy discussion.

If it were me, I would have canceled the transaction as well.
Actually, I would have canceled it as soon as he became "irritated" that you paid him; and I then would have taken my business elsewhere.

First, you need to follow the BOI instructions and put the seller's name into your subject line.

Second, only scammers use Western Union.

Start a new thread with the seller's name in the title and put all of his contact info in your post so that people doing research on sellers can find it.
