    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I purchased a female sharp albino boa from Frank Fundaro on Wednesday & paid....he said he was going to go to Staples to print the mailing label since he did not have a pc and would let me know tracking info, he did not. He told me the snake would ship yesterday at 1pm - today he said it would be shipped between 1 & 4pm and if he couldn't ship his aunt would. No response since 1:28 pm yesterday via facebook or text and hes been on messanger to see my messages multiple times, he also runs Brooklyn Scales & Tails on Facebook, he has yet to provide shipping info and no communication since earlier today. I started the paypal dispute process and informed him of this, I was also given a phone number which goes straight to voicemail. As of this morning I received notification by someone else that was also ripped off by him saying Paypal didn't give them their money back because it was the purchase of a snake. I'm hoping this is not the case, I did not send payment as a gift for this reason alone. The number I was provided is (917)626-2440. I know their is another BOI on him, but it was for not paying up on a table at a reptile show awhile back.
 
If he can't provide proof of shipping you should win the claim with PayPal. Most people have problems getting their money back after shipping as PayPal doesn't cover live animals.

I would not trust him in this at all. It's very likely he is trying to delay you until it's too late to file the paypal claim. If I were you I would continue pursuing the paypal claim and get your refund before it's too late.
 
At this point, I would not drop the Paypal claim.
If you drop the claim, and do not receive the snake, you may not be able to reopen the Paypal claim.
If you receive the snake, you can drop the Paypal claim at that point.
Paypal should decide in your favor if you do not receive anything.
Also, if you used your bank or credit card, to pay via Paypal, you could go through your bank, or credit card, to dispute the payment (due to non-receipt).
 
I'm told even tho he created the shipping label Saturday that the scheduled pickup today from FedEx is from 3-6 pm, do they usually pick up that late? While I don't mind since its less time on the truck, I just wanted to be sure.
 
Yes they do if the shipper request late pickup. When I worked at a warehouse we would have both Fedex/UPS come around 4-6pm.
 
This is just great! The package had not arrived by noon so I called FedEx it's not even going to show up today until tomorrow! And it was supposed to be here by noon
 
Where was the package shipped out from? Not from same person and not sender's fault on my end but Fedex Just F'ed up my package also today 10:30am overnight and no update till 11am today and date is now NA lol

Finally recieved her... Had to drive an hour and pick her up... This is the tiny box se was sent in.... Totally ridicoulous. I did ask seller to refund $100 and he did this morning for all my troubles.

beautiful snake. that is a *tiny* box for a snake that size, at least she arrived okay. Was she in a bag or just stuffed in there? Heat pack?
