    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The short story: I bought a gorgeous red harlequin crested gecko from Frank in January and he was great to do business with. We had really quick communication throughout and he went above and beyond my customer service expectations when faced with a late arrival (almost 5 hours late! : see longer story).

The longer story: Frank was quick to contact ShipYourReptiles within the first hour and a half past delivery time and concluded it was due to a late flight from Memphis to California. Once the gecko had arrived safely, but almost 5 hours late, he offered a full refund on my shipping cost. To my surprise he then offered to send me another of his hatchling crested geckos in the following weeks for the inconvenience. The little compensation gecko I picked out along with my shipping refund arrived two weeks later and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciated how professionally he dealt with the situation, especially after realizing this was his first time dealing with a late arrival.

Overall, I would definitely recommend him to others. If he can respond professionally when faced with a problem and go beyond my expectations as a buyer, he's a Good Guy in my book :thumbsup:

Great guy! I had a similar experience with my hognose being delayed an extra day in transit. He contacted me to let me know and said he would give me a full refund if the hognose didn't survive the trip. The hognose arrived alive and has already eaten 2 pinkies. In lieu of this fact he still offered me a $200 credit and made every effort to guarantee that I was satisfied.
 
I recently purchased two juvenile Madagascar Giant Day Geckos from Frank. Frank was quick to reply to my emails and questions, took the time to do a quick gender check for me (despite both of us knowing they're a bit too small to tell for sure!) as I was hoping for two females as they are from the same parents.

The geckos were well packed and feisty upon arrival. They took right to their new habitat and were cleaning food bowls from day one. Both are incredibly active, attractive animals and appear to be in awesome health.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Frank again, great transaction.
