Let me start off by saying Frank Portillo is GREAT!
Back in March, I bought a breeder Enchi male from Frank and when he was shipped, FedEx left him in Indianapolis, causing an extra day in shipping. Thankfully, he had a heat pack in the box & was delivered fine the next morning. I noticed that his cloaca looked a little odd, so I decided to keep an eye on it. The next day, it was slightly swollen, so I decided to contact Frank and ask his opinion on it. We figured it was caused from stress from shipping. He immediately offered me a full refund (including shipping) and offered to pay for him to be shipped back. He even offered to get him the vet care he needed and then send him back to me, free of charge. At first, I didn't know if we should put him through shipping again so soon, but we ultimately decided it was the best option. So he sent me the label & I packed him up on a Wednesday & scheduled a pick-up, but FedEx never showed up to pick him up. I had to unpack him (waste of a heat pack) and Frank & I agreed that we didn't want to risk shipping on Thursday because of FedEx's incompetency. So when Monday rolled around, I packed him up & tried again and he was shipped back to Frank.
After a few conversations, Frank offered to replace the Enchi with another snake up to a certain value if I wanted. I appreciated this so I kept an eye out. A few weeks later, I saw that he had posted up his breeder Pastel Enchi (the son of the male I had bought) and I inquired about him. Frank was more than willing to give me the Pastel Enchi free of charge as a replacement for the Enchi situation. We finally settled on a shipping date & I received him bright and early, on schedule this morning. I instantly fell in love with him. I feel I could argue that this is one of the most bright, insanely colored Pastel Enchi's that was ever produced. Frank is a great guy who I will definitely being doing business with again in the future & I recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful, quality animals!
