    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

No one here is condoning Fred's actions in this deal with Landon...He's made an appology..If he makes it right , and I believe he will, are you willing to get on with your life and stop the attacks on Fred or even acknowledge that he has finally made it right? Are you capable of forgiveness?

Yes I am a friend of Fred's, he needs to make things right with Landon...If he doesn't, I will be critical of him, but I will not stop being his friend...That's part of being a "friend"...

Your attempts to divert the attention away from your boy (who is now wrongfully portrayed as a do-gooder and the victim here) by attacking me is a great tactic, albeit a pathetic one. What is sad is that this will happen again, probably sooner than later. No matter how much energy you guys put into beating me up(LOL), it will not change the fact that Fred has other peoples money, and if not for Landon's post, would have kept it without satisfying either customer(and still might). As far as other shady deals from Fred, he knows what he's done. That's all that matters...for now. If you guys want to do something constructive, why don't you stop asking me questions and start asking Fred questions. Perhaps he could back up some of his excuses to Landon with some facts. Isn't that what this is really about??? Everyone grilled Landon and he complied with every request and question. Why no questions for Fred, hmmmm? It seems Landon was guilty until proven innocent yet Fred is innocent until proven guilty. Wouldn't Fred have e-mails to back up the "shipping" story or the "plane crash" story? Or maybe he has e-mails regarding the hognose dealings involving the third party. Ah, forget it, let's just sweep all that under the rug like everything else. You guys are right, Fred is a stand up guy and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot. So long.

I do believe that Fred should tell when he plans on making this right. It is the time thing that is making him look bad regardless of whether he admitted he was wrong or not and it is the time frame of which he hasn't mentioned to make it right.

1. You say Fred is a scammer.
2. You say you have been warning people ALL year of his scams.
But then you turn around and say that your only problem with him is he put you down in a forum.

Until this thread, I'd heard nothing but good things about Fred. He sounded like one of the good guys in the business. But from what I've read in this thread, I'm going to have to change my opinion. It's nice that Fred is going to make things right, but it seems that the only reason he's doing so is because the situation was brought to light here on the BOI and he figures he has to do some damage control to save his reputation. It's sad that he may or may not have lost a family member, but business is business. Grieve for a short time and then get on with it. It's not an excuse to duck your responsibilities. And as to not liking the person because of posts a friend of his made about him and not trying as hard to satisfy the terms of your agreement, well Fred still had his money. He could have sent him a refund at any time and terminated the deal, but he chose to keep it. These may be isolated cases, but the way they were handled speaks volumes about the seller.

If Fred decided he was going to wait another ten years to make good on this "transaction', I'm sure you'd be the first to honk Fred's horn about what a great guy Fred Albury is and you'd claim "see I knew he'd do the right thing, he just had a couple of bad years (11)!" Well Ritchie, in the real world, based on the evidence, Fred is now regarded as someone who rips people off whether you like it or not. In the real world, 11 months is unacceptable. The claim that "Fred rips people off" will still remain valid even if Fred yields to all of this pressure and pays Landon by the end of the week, solely because he is now in the spotlight.

No matter how hard you try to insult the real people that recognize Fred for what he really is, the obvious will not go away. You are not that good, but keep trying because it is fun to watch you flounder.

As for Fred's apology, I think that it was very well done, but I am waiting to see posts saying the transactions were finally finished.

Fred ripped someone off here, yet he has elicited all the sympathy in the world due to his brother/step-brother's alleged death. His claim has been unconditionally accepted at face value by his defenders, and it is obvious that lying about a plane crash is not such a bad thing in their book.

It's amazing how these defenders require detailed emails and pick at the little things (like not supplying one's name in a post) in an effort to discredit Fred's attackers, yet there is absolutely no interest in the details of the Charlotte plane crash on 1/1/03.

I'm sorry that you haven't received your snakes, but my brother just died in a plane crash. Sad, if true, and despicable if false.

This, after all is the source of all the venom regarding Fred's current unpopularity. The level of deception is nauseating if Fred's brother/step-brother wasn't on that plane. But you guys aren't interested in sorting out the real issues here.

One I was not trying to insult anyone. Two people Registered in June. those same two people are from PA. They both have only posted in fred's thread. they both have negative things to say about Fred. hhhmmm

and both have nothing concrete posted.
and both are crying "you are attacking me"

One of the things on the board. You accuse someone you post proof. or at least some resemblance of proof.

Fred says "I am guilty". al the anaconda says Fred is lying. does that mean Fred is really inocent?
