In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just wanted to get your opinions on which company's product you prefer?
Im in the market for some new caging and really like these two companys product just want to find out which is more popular.
Thanks
Sorry Mods if this isnt the correct forum for this thread.

freedom breeder just came out with new tubs that have molded deli cup holders in them. Youu can get them in grey so there is no need for a hide and the way they are molded they are stackable. Both are great racks so I would check total price with shipping to you.

Grey?? ARS has the grey tubs with the molded deli cup holders.
Freedom Breeder has the off-whitish tubs...I just went to their site to make sure & didn't see grey or deli holder options.

yeah they unveiled them at the NARBC in California. I did not look at the bottom but someone I know and trust did and told me the bottom was molded so they can be stacked unlike ARS. I know they are not on their site yet because I looked for them before placing an order. At the NARBC they said it would be a couple months before they were available which should be anytime now. I should find out if they have atleast the 70 tubs this week and can post.

I'm not sure there is much benefit to stackable tubs, unless you are breaking down & storing your rack. I like the straighter sides of the standard ARS, and Freedom Breeder tubs because of the increased floor space. Making them stackable doesn't represent a huge loss, but a few inches in length and width can make a difference.
There's just something about the ARS racks that I like. Maybe it's something about the finish, or just that I have been able to inspect new ones :shrug01: Unfortunately, neither company is in reasonable driving distance for me; nor do they do the shows near me. ARS is a lot closer...and the rack I want will still run me around $500 in freight charges. If ARS comes back to Hamburg, it would probably be worthwhile to rent a cargo van or small truck. (I've got a pickup, but I shudder to think what it would cost me in gas to drive the darn thing down there and back, lol - I average around 10 mpg without a load. Gotta love the 37" tires)

*stackable tubs could reduce shipping costs, and would make transport easier*

stackable tubs comes in handy so you can buy extra. I keep extra tubs for two reasons......1) in the event you have a soiled tub that does not allow spot cleaning and you are short on time, just swap for a clean tub. 2) when you have eggs you can put mom into a clean tub instead of waiting to clean the scent out of that tub. All of my racks are full which is why I need a 30 tub 70q rack again. Being full does not give you the option of moving into a clean tub unless you have spares stacked. Tom Baker has ARS and they are nice, both are great racks, just depends on what coast your on for shipping.

Just spoke with Freedom Breeder and the grey tubs with deli cup holders are available in 70q now and the rest within a week. The baby tubs will hold a 12oz deli so they dont run out of water so fast like the 8 oz

here you guys go........nothing says look at me better than pictures:D

they work REALLY good. The large tubs hold the 16oz deli cups
