I'm looking for a bulk supply of frozen rats in NW Oregon down to Eugene or as far north as Olympia, WA

I'm particularly looking for moderate supplies of small and large rats. If you are competative, let me know where you are!!! I'm wanting to pick up and avoid those big shipping bills.
