    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

full quota for attachments?

It seems I am not able to post any attachments. I am seeing a full red bar on the bottom of the window when I try to add an attachment to a post. It looks like I have filled my quota for attachments? It's showing me every pic I've ever posted in the several years I've been a member. How can I get rid of some of those so I can post more pics?

Yes, there is a limit to the attachment storage space one can use as a registered member. Since, in a way, removing attachments is a form of editing, I'm not sure if your membership level will allow you to remove the pics you have posted. Try going into your User CP (look in the upper left portion of any page). The last option in the Control Panel (under the heading: Miscellaneous) is attachments. Clicking on that will show you all of your attachments...if you are not prohibited from doing so, all you have to do is check the boxes to select the ones you wish to delete.

If you cannot remove them, there are two options: become a Contributing level member, or use an online photo storage site (Photobucket, Image Event, etc) and post the IMG codes here.
 
OK, when did that happen? As of 11/07 I was able to edit my own posts, and in fact edited one to ADD pics on 11/25/07, and yes, it now says I may not edit my own posts. What's going on, did I miss an aniversary date to renew my membership or something? What's up?

memberships last for a year, so you might have just missed it. :)

Thats what it looks like anyway :)
 
Yeah, I'm thinking that might be it myself. I seem to remember having some coins under my name previously.....
 
D'OH! I guess that's what happens when my anniversary date is right before final exams lol. That should fix it...

I still haven't gotten an email notification from PayPal about this payment, so no telling if they will issue the proper code when the echeck clears.
