In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I recently ordered a snake from this seller, they were kind enough to hold him for me and shipped out promptly all the while keeping in touch through the process.
a day after the snake arrived he seemed to have a bit of a wheeze but i know that this can happen because of shed sometimes i contacted the seller just in case and he was very concerned however the snake is doing very well and shows no signs of illness now.
the snake was sold as a female and by the size of it it looked like one, however it turned out to be a male. i once again contacted the seller and was offered a bit of credit for the mistake. AMAZING customer service! very helpful and responsive!
sad this big beauty is not female but happy for the seller i will buy again
