NGM Exotics is proud to present Fusion Racks. Fusion racks are for the discerning collector and are built to last. No other rack, whether it’s constructed from melamine, pine or plastic; will stand up against the high temperatures and humidity required to house reptiles. Fusion racks will not warp or peel and are available in your choice of three powder coat finishes: black, white and grey. Racks are set on castors for convenient relocation and are comprised of stackable shelves allowing for height customization. Whether you want 5 shelves or 15, we can accommodate your needs. Fusion racks were designed to hold Rubbermaid bins for collector convenience. Currently we have three series to offer:
Fusion 100 – comprising 10 shelves with one shelf per rack. Capable of housing medium sized pythons and boas. Fits Rubbermaid bin 2119.
Fusion 200 - comprising 10 shelves with room for two bins per shelf. Capable of holding small - medium sized pythons and colubrids. Holds 20 animals total. Fits Rubermaid 2221's.
Fusion 300 - a hatchling rack comprising 12 shelves with room for 5 bins per shelf. Holds 60 animals total. Fits Rubbermaid 2218’s.
All Fusion racks come with Herpstat digital proportion thermostats, a 4' 12 outlet power strip, and ultratherm heating elements. For those unfamiliar with Ultratherms, they have been the premier heating element in Europe for years and are now taking the North American market by storm. The low wattage design uses less electricity and has a lower maximum operating temperature. On average, the operating temps are 15 degrees Celsius above ambient room temperature making it a safer alternative should there be a thermostat failure. Ultratherms have a double layer of insulation giving it long lasting durability.
