yes, I know why there is a delay. Actually, 10 month is a long time. But I expected something like 6-10 month anyway from the beginning. As it is like a decade that Pakistan didn´t allow exports.
Garrett posted weeks ago a document from the chamber of commerz from Pakistan. Showing that they agreed those animals can leave the country. I have similar documents allowing the export from Pakistan to Germany. But those are not Cites documents. The allowance by the Chamber of Commerce and industry is just 50% of the paperwork.
The Cites documents I haven´t asked for. Those only have a validy of 1 month (that varies from country to country, in Germany we have 6 month). And thats why we decided to ship all to the US and then reexport to Germany. That was just a logistical decission. In Germany the import Cites can take a while, in the US the import procedure is much easier and faster. Thats why I was not and am still not interested to see the documents from Pakistan to the US. I will get copies anyway when we have the Export documents issued in the US and ask for the import documents here. There I have to proof the history and legal ways of the animals. If I cannot proof that 100% I don´t get the allowance to import.

You asked for the telefonnumber. Just go back this threat and see the documents Garrett provided. Actually it will take you like 20 seconds to find the telefonnumber on google....

Perhaps you could clear up some of the confusion here by elaborating a bit more descriptively. I get that Pakistan hasn't been exporting for a decade. You've amplified that well enough. But what does that have to do with this deal? You said the document (which is now in question thanks to some awesome detective work by some members here) show that they agree those animals can leave the country. You said you know where there is a delay. Please share your knowledge.

It is easy to play the victim when you get the type of comments you and others have been directing at Mr. Smith.

I would like to get to the bottom of this. I think clam and rational conversation is the way.

I have heard of that phrase. I understand why you are angry. If 1/2 of the stuff that was said to you was said to me, I would be angry. He has done some very unproductive things. I get it.

I have called Mr. Smith out for his behaviour. I have.

Here is what I would do, if I was in your (Mr. Smith) place.

I would say I was sorry for my behaviour. I would tell Mr. Rodriguez that he will get his money back as soon as you have. I would contact him directly, set up payment plans and if that does not work, keep the lines of commutations open. I would suck it up, do the right thing, even if it completely sucks for me.

I would completely stop taunting, attacking, and even communicating with everyone but Mr. Rodriguez. You can post what you want to do and how you think this can be resolved.

I don't like to quote myself. So please, if you are going to "call me out" for something, make it good.

And I am not completely against yelling, it can be very therapeutic. Primal screaming as be proven to reduce stress and increase metal cognition.

But some times, it becomes disruptive to the communication process.

I want to make this very clear. I am just trying to stop him from deflecting the conversation away from the facts and unto personal attacks. Part of him being able to deflect from the facts of the case is to stop giving him reasons to.

Only time will tell. I will say this. He is no longer deflecting from the conversation by attacking you and Mr. Kennard. I honestly think that now we have called his proof into question, we will be hearing a lot less from him. I will not attack him or taunt him. I will simply place the facts in front of him and ask for answers.

Care to explain how there is a wrong address for the chambers department. How the exporter does not seem to exist. How there is no reference number. How the phone numbers don't actually call the chambers department. How the permit numbers look off. How the exporters office building does not actually exist?


I really want to be with you on this, but first we need to explain the problems with your documents.
