I have heard of that phrase. I understand why you are angry. If 1/2 of the stuff that was said to you was said to me, I would be angry. He has done some very unproductive things. I get it.

I don't like to quote myself. So please, if you are going to "call me out" for something, make it good.

Lastly.
Do you find irony in the fact that you say I am "good" for detecting yelling in a message, as you yelled at me in a message?

And I am not completely against yelling, it can be very therapeutic. Primal screaming as be proven to reduce stress and increase metal cognition.
But some times, it becomes disruptive to the communication process.
