Just give Garrett your skype name, so he can connect you both on skype. That is like inviting people on facebook to be friends. Than you have the contact information and can spreak with the provider yourself and have the contact information to chat and else.

I just want to address this.

Garrett can just as easily give out the contact info for the Pakistan contact as easily as anyone can give him their skype name. You do not need to be in anyone's network or friends to access or call people on Skype, even with the privacy settings turned up a bit. In my opinion, because he's not sending it, it seems shady or at least another stalling tactic.

I give animals at cost to Mike, I assume all the risk and when he gets impatient and wants out, I'm responsible to refund him? I don't think so……but after talking to his mother. I have came up with MANY options for him to cash out. He has been the most wishy washy person that I have met. I don't know what to do.

If you don't want Mike to share the info until later, an easy fix is to tell him not to share the info but to confirm that he has received the skype contact information.
