Bad Guy Garret Smith ( Scammer )

I haven't been on all week due to my phone breaking but just skimming through the BOI i have ton to catch up on i just wanna remind everyone as of today 11/6/2015 will be a day before the 10 month mark i paid Garrett smith " frogman" for saara hardwickii im still waiting for he has done zero effort in offering a cash refund for now and will probably stay like that . Chances of him ever getting the hardwickii exported out of Pakistan is slim to none , he wants to cash me out for 4.4 pogona Barbata that are currently 500 euros a pair in europe and try to up sell to everyone that that there" $2000" a pair even if i never see a penny again from my money people need to know about this lowlife who never has money to pay anyone back but is constantly listing ads and stating he sells everything

Seeking any legal advice?

Let's hold off on Legal advice for Michael & the others, (unless of course you're a dam good attorney, versed in this type of law) It's my opinion, at this time, and at this stage of this CON GAME Princess orchestrated, there maybe another avenue they all could take, possibly criminal charges, that would result in his arrest.

I'm patiently waiting return calls at this time, to see if there's any criminal charges that can be brought forward.

Again, as soon as I hear back, from the agencies I called and talked too, I'll pass it on immediately.

They have all been patient this long, what's a few more days.

It's been a long time since I've seen such a bragger become so silent on the BOI. Most people being accused of being dishonest or scamming would go out of their way to make their accusers look bad. Seems like somebody hit a brick wall. Garrett. Simple question. If the Pakistani scams you, is it your contention that everyone you took money from for that deal has to go after the Pakistani for their money? YES OR NO!

Also if you take a look at Other Lizards for sale, he is trying to import Sungazers. Though his post is closed, all the contacts and info stay up. As a software engineer myself, I can not believe such a big website can't figure out how to allow deletion of bad posts. He is mentioning a partner with no name, so obviously breaking a classified rule. Someone like Garrett being aloud to actively sell on fauna makes me reluctant to trust any purchase here. That is obviously my opinion, but this blatant misuse of the system here should trigger some new rules, to prevent more con artists from making fauna it's new playground.

Also if you take a look at Other Lizards for sale, he is trying to import Sungazers. Though his post is closed, all the contacts and info stay up. We try to weed out the spammers, and that includes a number of scam ads; but buyers should ALWAYS exercise due diligence before sending money. I'm pretty sure I know who has the princeps, but please confirm, Who has the princeps?

Do you actually believe he's going to do anything for you, or pay you or the others, 1 red cent, after ALL this time and ALL his bogus excuses????

Reality check, 10 months for some, 12 months for others, what has he paid thus far? He's NOT going to spend money he doesn't have on princeps for you, he's already proven if he had any money, he'd spend it on himself and what he wants!

It's my opinion, he's NOT going to pay anyone in full, if he does anything at all, it'll be like he making past due credit card payments, a little bit every month, thinking that will keep everyone at bay.

I've seen his type many times before, excuse, after excuse, maybe a payment here, or maybe a payment there, then he'll disappear, change his name, or move on to another CON, in another industry, or in some cases again, and again, in this industry........

Then he gives the same guy 6,500 of ma's money and now tries to make a deal with Markus only to back out. Now you want a new deal. Here's some advice for Mike...Knock it off already! Incase you forgot i paid him for Hardwickii before receiving the princeps that "perished" , the money belongs to me and my family wasn't handed to me and don't think i have to go in detail were i got it from . I told them i would take the Barbata since that was my only option as a refund but once i did my research and found out there 500 euros a pair i decided to pass ( how many times did garret change my refund options more than once) , i offered garret a chance to buy me animals for less than half of what he owes me as a beginning step to refund me. If i wasn't trying to get my money back the whole time chris then what do you think i been doing? Fiddling my thumbs? I been trying to arrange multiple options for garrett to refund me fair and square equivalent to what was sent to him .

I didn't "forget" anything. I don't recall seeing the post that said you paid for Hardwicki before recieving the Princeps. Post 140 led me to believe otherwise. Would you please post timelines for both transactions to clear up any confusion? Thanks.

Hey lynn back in january i told him i wanted 4.4 but only had money for 3.3 hardwickii , so when some of my princeps died that he got from juergen and he kept the refund he told me he was gonna keep my refund cause i wanted 4.4 hardwickii i told him around march i needed some money out of my refund that i got for my princeps he only refunded me $1500 and kept $500 as a deposit for the other pair i was suppose to get from him i told him once they came in i would be buying the last pair but as the time went obviously no animals ever came in or have come in , he told me over a message and even verbally he would give me a free pair of hardwickii just for waiting this long for them so not sure how i owe money for my last pair when he guaranteed my last pair free. Unless hes gonna back out of his own word and guarantee now

So, he was refunded by Juergen for the dead uromastyx, and didn't pass the refund on to you or others who actually paid for them....

Doesn't surprise me, there's never been a doubt in my mind, Princess could give a rats behind about the critters, he is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! one example of that is when he received the refund from Juergen, and DIDN'T refund you or the others involved in that transaction, pardon me, he loaned you $1500 of your money, what ever the heck that means???

Please don't take this out of context, I'm DEFINITELY ON YOUR SIDE!~~But when are you and everyone else that he owes going to realize, you're never going to receive another penny from this guy??????????

Enough is enough, STAND TALL & TOGETHER, and DEMAND he PAY EACH & EVERYONE YOU, that he owes.

Don't be afraid to come forward and demand what's yours, don't go thinking he won't pay you, for coming forward......again, come forward, I believe you all have a better chance of being paid, it beats sitting back & waiting, and receiving NOTHING, think about it, it's what he's paid all of you so far, and it's been 10 to 12 months, what are you all waiting for?????

Again, I'm on your side, and doing my part to help, contacting several buddies of mine in different law enforcement agencies, come on, do your part, don't just sit there and wait....
