• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I recently had a pleasure of dealing with Gary Schiavino when acquiring a beautiful and healthy female 2015 Pure Diamond Carpet Python produced by Mike Zangari. Gary is very knowledgable and was both friendly and helpful with all my questions. His execution when processing the transaction and shipment was professional with the inclusion of a detailed lineage of the animal. He is definitely someone any reptile enthusiast should not hesitate in purchasing from.

I just received a young pair of A. childreni from Gary and could not be more pleased. I purchased the animals a few weeks ago after speaking with Gary about his terms and knowing that it would be a while before it was safe enough to ship. Gary stayed in contact with me frequently over the next few weeks waiting for a safe window. Things finally warmed up enough and I received the animals on Tuesday.

The animals arrived alive and perfectly packaged at the high school where I teach, and the 'unboxing' moment for the students was a blast! They had no idea reptiles could be shipped. Bonus, they got to be the guinea pigs to test out how docile the snakes were (ha!), and happy to say they are exactly as Gary described. He even included detailed records for both snakes.

I would not hesitate to do business with Gary Schiavino in the future. It is absolutely obvious that he deeply cares for his animals and his hobby, and we need to support and encourage that exact kind of dedication.
