    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

garylee 91 is running adds right now selling animals that belong to me there is an ongoing police investigation involving these animals as well as other charges that are pending against him just a heads up to law abiding people of the herp community
 
i have paper work and the names of the people i got my 5 snakes from i never stole my snakes from anyone was i accused yes the ops have been here and looked everything over and have told me they aint the snakes that are said to have been stolen
 
Whoever's got proof is gonna have to post it. Neither of you will get very far just claiming something to be true without backing it up.
 
Well, I think more burden of proof is on the OP than you. You could provide proof you bought the snakes you own, but that doesn't prove you don't have other (his) snakes. He needs to provide the police report and links to the ads he says you are running of his animals, then prove their actually his animals. He's the one making the accusations, so he needs to back it up before anybody believes him.

If you have any paperwork from the police you said came by and cleared you of the theft, that would be great.

Also, a little back story maybe? Do you guys know each other? If so, how?
 
me and him use to be friends and then he got in trouble and tryed to blame it out me i was cleared of that thats why he said i had other pending charges witch i dont i was cleared of of and then back in i think july me and him both had snakes at our other friends house that someone broke into there house and stole they tryed to blame me because i was one of the only people that knew what the snakes were but i wasnt in town and the cops talked to the witnesses and seen the camera footage form the place i was the whole day that there stuff got stolen iv had nothing but head ache since that and he wanted me to sell my snakes that i have to him and i wouldnt that same day the cops came out took pics of my snakes looked over all my paper work and emails from there people i got the snakes from

I wouldn't edit or remove your ad's.

If he want's his accusation to stand, then he can come in and provide pictures and/or the original paperwork. They are all hets so I imagine someone has at least one piece of paperwork.
 
an also i would liek to point out chris gave the cops pictures from my ads and said they were his pics till i showed the cops the pics one my memory card in my cam and the cops even said well these are the pics he had and i said yea if he seen my ad he took them off my ad and they asked well howdo we know you didnt take the pics form his ads and i showed them my camera with the pics on the card and before the cops left they said this should all be over now with all your proof

There ya go, that'll help. The OP is still the one who needs to provide proof though.
 
i know you guys want proof from him but at the same time im putting out all the proof that i have that hes full of it and trying to tarnish my rep because i wouldnt sell snakes to him
 
Yeah, go ahead, it sure won't hurt. Think of it this way though- from my perspective he came on here, made some claims and then left. You can't answer much since there hasn't really been a case made against you yet. He hasn't ruined your reputation, not by a long shot.

But if you can get something from the police saying you're clear of the theft, that's very good for you.

I guess I'd be the same as you if someone accused me of stealing snakes, but the truth usually comes out with time. Just post what you have and be patient.
