hahahahaha....if I was a greedy person and didnt care about this project, you would've received a Mack Snow from the get go.

Wanna know why you were denied... ?! its really simple. Experienced and capable breeders are TOP and FIRST CHOICE for new projects, YOU DONT FIT INTO THIS CATEGORY...POSER !

Every single Mack snow I have let go were let go to people I believed to be very capable of representing this new Morph honestly and accurately (well not all of them...now that it's come to light where you received yours from), you dont fit into that category either...considering the numerous people you have pissed off and rubbed the wrong way.

Better yet, even if you had been a newbie nobody but was pleasant, polite, and showed at the very least some honesty...you very well may have ended up with a Mack snow from me. But you are everything that is wrong with "wanna be a big name reptile breeder", you think you know it all...you're arrogant, you rub people the wrong way, and you believe that someone else's hard work and commitment should be your vehicle to the limelight...come one dan...tell everyone else here why you really wanted a Mack Snow ??? want me to remind you...its one of the reasons why you were denied a Mack from me besides being an overall ass and unpleasant to deal with ??? remember yet ??? because and I quote "this is the project I need to establish and get started with my little breeding business"....remember that comment Dan? Remember how you implied that the Mack snow project for you was really not about the project itself but how it would help to propel you into the big leagues ??

I dont have a problem with people wanting to get into reptile breeding as a business and I try to help every newcomer however I can, but reptile breeding as a business is alot of blood, sweat, tears, and commitment...you were looking for a shortcut and I was not going to help you by selling you a Mack snow...and to be honest, you could've offered to pay 3 times what I was asking and I still wouldnt've sold you one if I had to deal with you and provide you with support. You're just one of those customers I dont want.

honestly , i do not see "the small -breeder " (like myself) getting what the " big-breeders" charge for their animals .

Joe Shmoe does not charge $800 for a CT because they paid that from Albey etc.

and how could i ask $400 for Jungle Giants (what i paid) when Alberto and even Ron have sold them at $300 now .

its not that im out trying to hurt anyones investments , its just how it goes .

hey, some people wouldnt buy a small or new breeders animals if they were only 10% of what they pay from the top-breeders .

I guess you are getting to the bottom of all this now...... I bet you were not expecting this..... This all seems like a pretty shady deal..... I have a feeling that this Mack snow was intended for Dan P. from the start...... I am actualy not sure how I feel about this transaction...... All I can say is if I made an agreement with the breeder (Alex Hue in this case) I would stick to the agreement...... In some cases, a verbal agreement should be valued as much as a written contract..... This is one of those cases..... It is a bit of a smack in the face of Alex and the rest of the people working with these awesome leos......

I still stand by what I said about the Blazing Blizzards though.....LOL This deal with the snows is a bit different being that the people able to work with these snows were hand selected by Alex and it is not a simple recessive gene that you can only go so far with..... WOW !! Guess that's why I do this as a hobby. I see an animal that I like, whether it's an $80 jungle or a $1000 redstripe and If I can justify it in my brain I buy it. I (now Public Enemy #2) paid little attention to the snows until Dan P. (now Public Enemy #1) told me to look at Alex's site. I purchased the animal on 12/29 according to the copy I posted. I figured it might make a white albino with orange spots that doesn't darken. Dan P. said he was broke so I even offered to breed some of his females with it at that time - so looking at it the way you guys are I was guilty of this crime even before I got the animal !! I'd seen some posts of people not caring for Dan P. but blackballed from buying animals ? Hey Ron, guess you're Public Enemy #3 - Dan P. has Aptors. My wife saw an email showing a $1250 animal and was not pleased. I received the male, put him with the 3 females pictured for a few days, saw him breeding them and sent him off to Dan P. Dan had purchased from me before and paid ahead of time, thinking back I believe I received payment about the 15th, like 5 days after shipping the male on the 10th - Dan should have check copies. If this was all "plotted" ahead of time wouldn't I get paid ahead? I emailed Alex that I was paid before shipping but that was for a group of carrot tails. Please show me where anyone told me or even posted not to sell to Dan.

Hi Alex, Yeah, I paired the snow male to a Rainwater and two lighter tangs. They were in with a redstripe before him so hopefully will drop some of his.I'd kinda promised my wife I'd cut back on buying more breeders after I saw the info on the new Z06 Vette and put down my 3500 deposit. She saw one of our emails so to keep the peace I got what I paid for him and promise of a hatchling or two plus an Aptor. Is his name Dan Poe ? He'd bought some redstripes, albinos, and carrots from me last year but I still had him pay before shipment. Hope you're having a good season so far. My high hopes are from some of last year's hets. Oh Please...you ONLY ADMITTED TO SELLING IT TO DAN POE AFTER I CONFRONTED YOU WITH IT TODAY ! You never once prior to today ever let me know you were selling the Mack !

I charged you for the Mack snow on 12/29, you didnt even receive it til 1/06/2005. You now claim you sent it to poe on the 10th, thats a whole whopping 4 days !!!

The 6th of January was a Thursday, the 7th / 8th / 9th were not possible shipping days because they would've been Fri./ Sat./ and Sun...you shipped on the 10th a Monday !!! right after the weekend and right after you received the Mack from me !!!!!!!!

NOT TO MENTION THAT IN YOUR E-MAIL TO ME..."is his name dan poe?"...WHATS THE MATTER YOU CANT EVEN REMEMBER WHO YOU SOLD A $1250.00 GECKO TOO ???

You know what, either way what you did was wrong.

Your actions in this situation has spoken volumes about both of your characters.

If you cannot see why people would be troubled by this situation I truely feel sorry for you.

You knew the lengths Alex went to pretect this project Mr. Lubinsky. You also knew that he had refused to supply Poe with one. But you did it anyways. You thought of yourself..... and no one else. I'm happy you gained from your endevor.

Hopefully it was well worth the inevitable cost........

Its obvious neither oen of these individuals has the backbone to supply the truth. I'll now allow them to bury themselves........ Go to it guys. Let me know when you're done, I've got a little bit more up my sleeves.
