    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi all,
I have several females and males that I am trying to get to breed. Seems like my Spider is locking up with any female I put him with, but my Lesser and my Mojave, who are the same weight and age as the Spider won't get it done. Any advice on how to motivate them?

Well I wouldn't say they aren't getting it done, some males are shy and only go for it at night so this is what could be happening with your males. You can add another male's shed skin in with your lesser or mojave when you pair them up with a female for a start.

Good luck.

great come back -:rofl:

Sometimes, it takes:
1. Time: some males simply kick in later, like what was mentioned above about being shy or just not interested "right now". Keep introducing them, and sometimes that is all it takes.
2. Throw two males in with one female. Let them compete/battle for a little.
3. Throw the male in with a female who has just got done locking with another male. A receptive female can sometimes get the shy guy going.

When all else fails, sell the snake.
Just kidding about the last sentence.

I had one snake that just didn't seem to get the job done. I tried another male shed, everything. One night I couldn't sleep, so I checked on him and the female I paired up and what do you know? Locked up and getting it done. Patience is the key!
