i've breed a few balls over the years some turtles and one or 2 lizards. and with recently being left to have to solely provide for my son figure I'd get into breeding smaller snakes by smaller i mean nothing that gets over 10 foot.
this year i will be taking my first big step into doing this looking to be picking up at least 15 adult regular female ball pythons adults(have no clue who has them but been checking all the sites i could find so far with most breeders only having 1 or 2 adult females for sale.) i don't really care if they are farm born or cbb as long as all the females are at least 1000 grams then looking for a couple males to go with them. done lined up a couple adult color morph males pastel and Mojave.
rest of what i was planning on getting is going to be cbb baby morphs and grow them up myself to breed later on.
my question is this does anybody know where to get 15+ adult female regular balls even if they are imports.
i know last time i did this i bought them from glades herp but thats been close to 20 years ago and i been keeping an eye on there site but they never seem to have as many as i want to buy here in 8 months also looking for all other smaller pythons like childrens ringed woma's spotter green tree pythons(already got a couple green tree pythons) and blood pythons preferably only the adult female balls would be imports.
also wandering what kind of incubators you guys would recommend. I've checked a few sites and got it figured out somewhat that no-matter what i would need a couple different incubators.
right now getting my mouse and rat colonies set-up to handle what i plan on getting will when time snakes get here have been breeding them myself for 10 months. getting ready to go pick up 20 more females of each rat and mice then going to build homemade racks for them. then start building my snake racks got a spare room that is 12x20x8 got a second room thats slightly bigger but it is also my bedroom (I'm not much for keeping tons of stuff in my bedroom so tons of open space to use if needed)
got all the basics covered other then where to get all the female regular balls i want to get at first
