In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Getting some more cresteds..

So I decided I wanted to get some high end ciliatus.. and I found a breeder who has some stunning pins, and more, and on top of that is a great guy..

Anyone else have any pins they'd like to share?

Also, I took a few pics of my cage I just set up.. working on plants still, but this is the basic idea untill I find a nice hexagonal cage.. let me know what you think

Nice set up too_Once the plant fills in or you put more it will look really good.and they'll love it.

Matt, what other species of geckos are you working with? I know you were getting out of certain species, because of college. So what do you plan on working with? :)

I have some U. milii and Diplodactylus damaeus I need to get rid of, but a breeding loan fell through on my leos I was depending on this summer, so I either need to find someone to watch them or start to sell them. Besides those, I have a pair of yellow ackies, and a pair of dark flame cresteds.

Hey Matthew, it's been a long time. Good to see that you're still into your gex. I like the cage. My g/f and I just setup an exo-terra just like it for two ciliatus with air plants from blackjungle.com. check it out.

Jon! So good to hear from you. I love air plants but never can keep them alive. I guess a misting would do them good, but my tanks in the past have always dried out.

Thanks.

She's up there trying to hide from me. I had taken her out for a few pictures and that's where she 'ran' to.

Great Set-Ups! I need to invest in somoe of those Exo-Terra tanks

I missed this post; we posted at the same time. Yeah, its good to run into you again. I'm glad your still at it and I read that you've got some ackies too. Very cool. One day you'll end up with a snake too! lol Anyway, good luck with all that you do man; you're a good kid.

The airplants I assume can't be too dificult to keep alive (this setup is only a couple weeks old). These species here actually don't care too much for watering as long as the humidity is is near tropical. They only get a direct watering maybe once-twice a week. The bromeliad and Tillandsia bulbosa like a little more water and get misted daily.

Thanks for all the compliments on the cage
