GGC a little backed up? Or What??

I paid $25 on March 18th to become a contributing member and get a Good Guy certificate of my very own. I am only posting here because all else has failed.
It has been nearly two months now. Still no GGC.
I have PMed Webslave and Fraggin dragon about this.(multiple times)They tell me , that they wait until they have a bunch to do then do them all at once.
I know these things can take some time, but c'mon...give me a break. Really? Almost two months? That must be some serious HTML.
A friend got his GGC in three days.
I must have pissed someone off. Not sure how. If I am unwelcome here just refund me my money and we can call it even.Minus my aggravation.

Honestly, they are a pain in the ass to set up, so I wait till I have a good number of applications queued up and then process them all at the same time. It's a fully manual process to set these up, and quite honestly, not at the top of the list of things I want to spend my time doing. So I do put it off longer than I should. Unfortunately, if someone sends in an application the day after I just processed the latest batch, it just may be a while before I get enough to run the next batch.

I believe I already told you that, however. Sorry that answer is not what you wanted to hear, but that's the answer, regardless.

If you wish, I can simply refund your money and you won't have to be aggravated any longer.

I expected you would obviously ask for the money back for your sponsorship as well, based on your obvious attitude displayed in this thread. You were obviously dissatisfied with me and the way I run this site, and how I choose to prioritize my time, so it wasn't a very large leap of logic to figure out you wouldn't want to be a sponsor here neither. So rather than wait for you to state that easily predictable demand here, I simply took the initiative and took the next logical step you were OBVIOUSLY going to take. And please don't tell me that never crossed your mind.

Besides, I gave you back a FULL refund of your Contributor membership even though you took full advantage of the classified bumps and highlights available to contributor members the entire time you had that membership level. And you had the sponsorship link here that got you a few hundred clicks to your site for free when I refunded THAT amount in FULL as well.

And still you complain and want to badmouth me here.......

I'm sure there are lots of other sites out there that are more to your liking and satisfaction. I'm sure there are lots of site admins out there that can do what you demand of them quick enough to suit you.

Please feel free to exit from whichever side of this stage that suits you the best and join them with my best wishes. I believe that is the best course for both of us, don't you?

Memberships and sponsorships are separate and independent features on this site. The GGC is tied to memberships, in that a member must be at least a Contributor level membership in order to participate in that program. Paid memberships procure perks (bumps/highlights for classified ads, some editing functions, member name changes, etc..) for those members who choose to assist this site financially in that manner. The GGC is tied to this requirement simply because it is a pain to set them up for each participant, and I simply chose to not do it for free. Requiring a paid membership level seemed the most expeditious way to handle this. So the lowest payment required to become a participant in the GGC program is a $25 per year paid Contributor membership.

Sponsorships are considered as strictly an advertising avenue for the sponsors and are treated that way. For $50 per year, sponsors can have a direct link to their website placed in the header area of a forum of their choice to try to entice viewers (potential customers) from THIS SITE to visit their website.

When the requested Contributor membership was refunded to Mr. Perkins, the Contributor membership (and related perks) ended. When I refunded the money he paid for the sponsorship link, I then removed that link in the forum section, as was appropriate.

Dennis, it makes sense. I understand and agree. My reasons for becoming a contributing member aside, I feel that Rich owed me the GGC .
