Wrong! That would loosley define a criminal act or Tort offense. An I mean very loosely. Probable cause means you have facts and/or evidence to first show an offense was committed and that the person being investigated more likely than not commited the offense.

If you are a law enforcement officer and I highly doubt it, you are a disgrace and an embarrasment to those of who are. You are proving that there is always 1% in every population that give the rest a bad name. No one remembers the good ones because we are out there every day doing what we should. It is always you 1%'ers in the spot light, giving the rest of us a black eye.
 
For the record- inquiring is spelled with an "i" not an "e" as I did previously and amusing is spelled with only one "s".

Now your statement that you are not in law enforcement is one I tend to lend some credibility to. It's a shame that you have lied soooooo often that I really don't know what to belive about it.

Have you considered sepeku? It also solves all these little annoyances. Just a thought.

Let me refraise something for you. I didn't say there was probable cause in my statement. In fact, they were saying it was a threat. Which it was not!!! If it was a threat then the evidence they are saying is there would be there. Sorry for confuseing you.
If you say that what, I said is not the text book definition for probable cause then I strongly urge you to go and look into a Code of Criminal Procedures or a Penal Code will do.
If you are also saying that really good cops are not rough cut sometimes (attitude and mouth). Then I know something is wrong with you. You are obviously not a police officer and do not know what you are talking about.
When I work I work!!!! I am not the type that runs radar to help the revenue for the city by writting a ton of tickets. I go after the lower life forms that make you scared at night to walk outside. I have a very specific and high stress job. A tremendous load that causes a lot of people to break down. It has caused me to have serious anger issues which I am working out nicely. I was considering leaving and doing something else. However, the public and superiors don't want me too. Why???? Because I get the job done!! The one that know one else wants to do.
Until you have lived my life refrain from judgement. Don't get me wrong I chose this life and love it sometimes.
I really wish you and Wes would reach all the way down and take your head out of your butts for two seconds. It is not new news!!!! I have been on the news and in newspapers. IT'S ALL PUBLIC RECORD!!!! Plus there are several big herp names that know it.

Thats exactly what I said. Probable cause deals with EVIDENCE not with the definition of the crime.

So that excuses you for stooping to their level? In case you didn't look at my profile, I am in AZ. The Meth capitol of the US. I deal with these people everyday. The DEA Clandestine Drug Task Force, which my department is a member of, takes down on average one meth lab a day in my County. Don't preach to me about your area's drug problem, it doesn't compare.

To be honest John I don't know enough about the situation to afford a comment on that. All I know is the facts that I posted. I figured it fit since the animal in question with our deal was sick. I don't know just kinda odd.
I treated you poorly as a human being. I felt it also relavant to mention this animal in case there was a trend. No offense!! I don't know you.
I can tell you of an incident that happened to me though and how I handled it.
A well known herper bought a $2,200 animal from me. He is a friend and a great guy. Several months later the animal died. He had a reprot done. It showed that pin worms had eaten holes into the intestines. Somehow due to these complications the animal parished. However, a fecal was done and no pin worms. This kinda tells me it was a possible pre excisting condition. Anyways, I am totally refunding the entire amount or replacing the animal. His choice and he is still wandering which one his is going to take.
My take is this!! If there is even a remote possiblity that the animal was in that condition prior to you getting it, while you had it then a refund or replacement is in order. The decision should be up to the buyer not yours.

Have you recently seen the new stats on Texas? Though not!! The department I am with is averageing taking down 5 per night.
You can also verify that too. You say good cops don't from time to time make racist comments or blow up?? You are lieing to yourself and know it!!
I tell you what do a profile if you are contected the way you say you are. Then come on hear passing an opinion.
You will possibly find your supervisor telling you to keep your mouth shut as well as sending me an appologetic letter. That is if you are who you say you are. You might want to sit back and think before you open your mouth again. Boy, I can sure use that advice myself sometimes.

I would say it was a recent infestation.........my opinion.


because it ate through the intestine walls but never had the chance to die off and get passed in the stools. The animal died to soon.

again my opinion and educated guess.

Someone better at Parasitology correct me if I am wrong.
 
Okay lets try this again. Just in case it was missed in one of my way earlier posts.
I have admitted to using a racial slur. I have appologized for it and to whom ever it may have offended. I never denied saying it. It was a very, very stupid thing to say and done out of anger.
If that condems me as a bad person that people should stay away from then so be it. However, I would classify it as a bad temper before I would anything else. The conclusion is for you all to draw.

As for what caused the bacteria load, it could be from not being able to escape the bacteria passed through the system (dirty cages) , exposure to another sick animal, or possibly it has always been high but something in his environment allowed the bacteria to flourish (cooling).

Completely off topic, I think, but I can tell you with definitive confidence that Pinworms do not eat holes in the intestines. Pinworms live in the large intestine and do not have destructive mouthparts like hookworms do. They merely live in the intestines eating from the waste or food passed. They can cause impactions that can rupture the intestine but the pinworm itself can't eat holes in the intestinal wall.

Just figured I would drop this piece of info here because it was brought up. Sorry if it is irrelevant.
