    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Justin...With the connections that you've made in Japan, it isn't a stretch to believe that you are doing it under the table as I originally thought. Why did you recently tell my buddy that you collect many "hypo" Collareds and export them to Japan? Why would you say that if you haven't done it in a long time? I highly doubt that my friend is lying since he was saying it as a positive thing about you.

Dennis, this guy is quite full of himself. He's been permanently banned from the chat I mod on. He's just a BIG waste of breathe and will harp on endlessly until someone pulls the plug on him. He's done it on several other sites.

He's good at fieldherping and loves to smoke his weed, start arguments, proselytize, and then BITCH MOAN AND COMPLAIN when he gets called on it.

Justin...If you are not still collecting Collared Lizards then fine, consider this a scolding for having done it before. I'm curious, why did you stop? Did you come to the conclusion that it IS wrong? Nothing you've stated in this thread has supported that idea, so what other motivation did you have to stop? Or did you stop at all? Earlier you were claiming that there were plenty of Collared Lizards out there and they could withstand the collection, now you don't do it at all right? Why not?

1. I do not have to prove you wrong. You are the one making a point. So you have to prove yourself right. Not only that. This thread was started in 2002 which was five years ago. he already stated he does not collect them anymore. So proving you wrong is a complete waste of time.

there are lots of unethical things in this world.
People here in the USA think it is unethical to eat dogs and cats. In the phillippines they eat dogs and cats. does that make the filipino people unethical?

It is unethical for me to go to the humane society and adopt a Rat and feed it to my snakes. But breeders breed rats to be killed and fed to snakes.

It is unethical for me to go to the humane society and get an animal and kill it and eat it. But it is totally ethical for the humane soceity to kill those animals that are not adoptable.

This is the reason I do not really like to play the game of ethics. The only time I play ethics is when someone is cheating someone else or lying to make a sale. I play the game of ethics when it is clear cut, not when it is based on race, religion, or beliefs

If I remember correctly smoking weed usually led to ending arguments. Then runs to the 7/11 for Doritos and Ho Ho's.... then a nap.
