In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Give me your opinions please!

For those of you who viewed my last post *What color would fit this beardie?* this will be some what of an update. I had originally posted with a male dragon that I was unsure of the color. Well he's shed twice since that posting and I've decided I'd call him a citrus. He was not marketed as a citrus, only a hypo Italian Leather. I figure with the pics you can make your own judgments though. Also, I'm posting pics of a female I plan on breeding soon, not too sure on her color at this point (also hypo Ital. LB, but with very reduced scaling). She's less than a week out of shed and in my opinion looks awesome, regardless of lack of coloring. A friend of mine who has been breeding for a while says she'll be a very low color dragon when fully matured. Right now they are between 6-7 months old. Any comments would be very appreciated.

P.S.
I'm going to include a pic of a blood dragon i purchased last month. I'd like to know if you guys think he's hypo, as he was only sold as a probable female (turned out to be male, but still a great dragon).

Pic 1: Male is on right, nose in shed (natural sun)

Pic 2: Another one of the male and female, un-fired

Citrus or not, I definitely like that hypo leatherback, and I'm not a huge fan of leatherbacks. Does your little red boy have all clear nails? I can only partially see a couple and they look clear, but I can't tell. He looks to ME like he could be hypo, but I'm FAR from an expert when it comes to dragons!

Its funny you should post, I was just reading your thread on sexing! The little red guy (Cheech) has nails all the same color. He's still kind of small (7-8 inches) so his nails aren't that big. I was told that hypo dragons have purplish-gray shoulder pads but his are pretty dark. Here's another pic with more nails. Thanks Matt!

I've never heard of the purplish-gray shoulder pads for hypos. I had to go check all 3 of mine to see the difference. My big girl, Sunshine, doesn't have them. She is not hypo. The hypo female does, but so does my het hypo male. His are actually the same color as his nice blue bars. I'm looking for a nice citrus tiger to breed him to, hoping to produce some huge blue bars!!

you can't really see the citrus guy's shoulder pads but they are like your guy's, the same color as his bars. the blue on my guy extends past the orange stripes almost to his spine. i'm really excited to see how he looks when fully mature. he's only ab 118g now at 13 inches. he's a giant compared to the female. i'd also like to have some nice babies w/ huge bars. also looking to increase the citrus. a friend of mine had a dragon with a solid yellow head that we're gonna try and incorporate into these genes. time time time, big plans for these guys :D.
