    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The purpose of the BOI is to get results for the person that feels wronged and provide a place to investigate potential sellers/buyers. Your post attempted to support a seller b/c they are "big" without actually attempting to help the buyer get their money back. Sorry I am not going to let that go without providing a comment to it.

My apologies for acting immodest, I'm sorry your transaction didn't go as planned Benjamin. I veraciously hope your endeavors to get this situation quashed go well for you. If I can do anything to help, such please ask. I also apologize to scaledverts and carlene for being disagreeable.
 
Its as simple as 1 person bought something and promised a payment in a contract. Ben I hope he stands up to his end of the deal. You obviously gave him a good product, but he just hasnt payed for it yet. 5500.00 is a decent amount of money to be owed. Do what you have to do to get whats owed to you. Thanks for letting us know about what issues you've had with this person.

Benjamin, I just hope the Glades Herp pays up what they owe you. Sucks that you have to spend $$$ out of pocket to pay an attorney to get $$$ that is rightfully yours. I hope the atty's dont make this a losing proposition trying to get the contract paid. To Glades Herp: PAY THE MAN HIS $$$. At least send him something in good faith.

You could try contacting U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. I dont think they'd involved in a personal dispute over monies though. They are only interested in bustin smugglers or animal abusers.

I have received in the meantime a hire-purchase. On it my sollicitor Mr. MacInne has offered a payment plan - it came like to expect to no reaction.



I ask you here publicly, Mr. MacInne how we further want to continue in this case. They have on the possibility to leave news to me about a PM, to find a quick solution. Think in this case to switch your mail post office box in such a way that I can send news! Think please that you plan a date in Germany in the next future and you are handy there for a German bailiff!
Unfortunately, I is to be gone constrainedly this way, because every possibility for the establishment of contact is prevented....!

I've never purchased from Glade's Herp, but that's becuase I sent them an email about some frogs and never got a response. Dealers that don't answer emails don't get my business, plain and simply. I hope they come through for you.
 
Not good businessmen

Glades comes up with some decent hard to get herps, but getting them to reply to anything even a phone call is almost impossible. I think their chase for the almighty $$$ overrides their customer service - and there is no customer service. They sell snakes then tell you later they really did not have it or one of the other sales people sold it and they did not know. I had a deal going with them on some very, very rare snakes. They actually expected me to give them $30K in snakes without so much as a small deposit. I bailed right then and sold them myself. These guys cannot sex snakes either. Especially venomous. It seems odd that someone from Glades has not come here to answer or explain. Looks like they are crooks in the end. Anyone who deals with Glades at this point....well like the Toyota song......you asked for it - you got it - bend over !
