    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They owe me $2500 and will not re-pay. I know they're in bad shape but, you don't screw people who have spent thousands of each of the last 3 plus years each year now. You're ex-loyal customer. Anyone else getting taken acrosss and interested in a law suit. Please email:[email protected]

I plan to be in Hamm in December. I may be able to line up some Acanthophis pyrrhus for that show.

Things went very well in Texas. I sold some stuff at the show even though the crowd was light. I caught some stuff; Mojave’s, Heterodon, Pitouphis. I got some beautiful willardi. Ray told me you were ordering a pair from him. I did not realize until a week or so ago he was selling the snakes himself. No big deal, I’m happy with the animals I got and the sales I made. I’m sorry to hold you up on the refund. As soon as I get the money from Germany, my profit on the deal, I will send your money out. I really appreciate your understanding on this.

He's had my money since 6/22/2010. On a pair animals he could not produce from another source. Should you think this isn't proof the credit card statement I have with the 6/22/10 date of $2500 to glades is all I need to go to a lawyer at this point. I never got the pair of copper canyon,mexico klauberi or anything else in replacement of those animals.
 
So, how long has this been going on? Out of curiosity? This is just the tail end of it, obviously.

Have you attempted to contact them since September?

What was the original deal and what exactly happened that it fell through?
 
Also, Rob said he was getting you the money after the show in December? If I am reading that right. I understand not wanting to wait any longer, but have you told him this is unacceptable or what? Last correspondance we can see is September.
 
This was the last reply from Rob. I've emailed several times. No he was to send the money from the 5 pair of C.w.silus he picked up and sold to people in Germany before December. He has no longer reponded since he has been back from Australia. I put the deposit down on 6/22/2010 for a pair of copper canyon, mexico klauberi. All animals at the time were not advertised by glades. They called everyone. The animals they were re-selling were later sold on here by Ray Queen at half or more than half the price glades was selling them at. I have to pay interest and the money and did nothing wrong. I shouldn't be the one getting grilled over money that is mine correct?

The Hamburg show is December 4th, if I am not mistaken, and he seems to be under the impression that is when he is going to pay you.

I am not asking these questions because I think you are wrong, I am just wondering why someone would go through the trouble of a lawsuit while trying to recruit others. Joint law suits or class action suits often yield little to no money to the people in the long run.

But, maybe I am misunderstanding something here.

"Hamm" = Germany... believe it was a month or two ago?
 
Why don't you contact your credit card company, and have them reverse the charge? Your credit card company can get your money back for you.
 
Yes, Hamm was in Germany a month or 2 ago as was hamburg,pa. I do attend hamburg and gldes was there, robroy was in australia doing a show. In response to what your asking in the above reply. I told him I would at that time do business with him. I need the money back because I had to finance money for a hospital bill and a new car engine. I told him I was interested in a pair of animals from Hamm, Germany in Dec and would have pid them at that time. the show he was talking about was San Antonio,TX where he sold some things. The profits from the deal was in september and he was to pay at that time he got the money from germany. Either way payment was to be received by now. I emailed him this:

That was the last email I had sent. I have sent others in between the 2 I posted with all not beinging replied too.
 
I disputed the charge with the credit card company and they will not rectify things. Tey say it isn't enough info for them. i can take a pic of the chrge to the credit card if you like but, you will just see 6/22/2010 Glades Herp Farm $2500 as I can not show my info to the public.
 
I mean if anyone has another way then a pro-bono lawyer that's great I could use the help. I work hard for my money as I'm sure all of you do. I am also a diabetic with a kidney transplant and reptiles are not the only things I have to put that kind of money towards. He couldn't even respond over the last 2.5 months now to update me.

If you told them you paid for something, and you never got it, they should be looking into it. They should be reversing the charge. You need to call them back and make a bigger fuss about it. Ask to speak to a supervisor. Something doesn't sound right to me. If you told your credit card company you didn't get what you paid for, they will reverse the charge.
 
Thanks brd7666. I will continue that. Problem is I think they are all from India as that accent is very heavy in everyone I spoken too. They and I have trouble understanding one another.
 
I apologize, I did misread.

But yeah, the credit card company is supposed to investigate any claim where something was paid for and not recieved. So, I would definitely try to persue that at a higher level inside of the company.
