Hey everyone, I'm going to Austin Tx, tomorrow. And well I wantd to know if there where any herp people or stores, I should visit? I might be doing some shopping. I"m looking for a male ETB, GTP's, ATB's and exotics turtles, is there anybody in Austin that can help me out? I rath picking them up, in person. Anyhow well if anyone knows of anybody or stores, post them here, with the name and #, I'm taking my 60gallon or so Lizard Lounge up there, hopefully I can dump it on someone.

I'm in Austin, though nobody of importance. :) Check out Zookeeper pet store at the Burnet/183. Its small, and generally doesn't have all that much stock, but its not too bad. Theres also another store called Herpeton on the other side of Burnet at the same intersection, but last time I was in there it smelled so badly of rotting dead animals masked by Mr. Clean that I was dry heaving my way back out the door. Not to mention the number of times I have personally witnessed mites on animals in there. I try to avoid places that require delousing before I come back to my own collection.

As for people, theres a decent sized (and growing) herp society here... you could join our mailing list and drop a note there.
