Has anyone delt with GoLizards.com? jason or kelli? I think I have a potential complaint but i will give it a few days before I get really upset. please if anyone has had experience good or bad please let me know. I just need to know if I should be worried or not.
Mailed them a payment priority mail on april 21st. it was deliverd then forwarded to a diffrent address. they recieved it the 29th. but do to it being a thurday could not ship but would ship on monday for tuesday delivery. I sent emails everyday with no answers but they still posted on kingsnake. I wrote them asking for a refund last thursday and were told it would be shipped today to be here tomorrow.they were having family problems. Then all of a sudden I got a fishy feeling and had my husband email them from his screen name about a golden greek tort they listed that we wanted to purchace if this worked out and was told they could ship out that same day if we used paypal(thurday) but since no responces to my daily emails
Why were they able to ship out another tort but not mine. why no replies to me emails? I am going to ask for a refund sent priority one more time and go on from there to issue a complaint to the post office.
