    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey all, I just wanted to say a few good words about Kevin and Kelli Bryant. I recently put an order in by phone but accidentally mis-read my credit card #.........Kevin called back soon after to let me know of my blunder. I then gave the correct info, lol, and I received the order today. Kelli called about an hour ago to let me know my order should be here by tomorrow........sorry to disappoint you, Kelli, but it already came, lol. I think customer service is an art not a requirement and RodentPro is the best at what they do. I have and will be ordering my frozen rodents from them from now on. A+++++++ for Rodent Pro.

Every order I have made with them has been excellent, and it always arrives when promised (or a day earlier LOL).
Best place to buy feeders IMO.
 
Myself, and many colleagues purchase from Kevin and Kelli very frequently, not a problem ever, not even a slight chance of confusion. All feeders have come well packaged, and on time. Anyone that needs feeders is a fool if they choose to do business with anyone else. A+ for the Bryants!
 
I will also vouch for the service of Kevin and Kelli at Rodentpro. I've got nothing but good things to say about them. Service is top-notch and the rodents are always great.

Every time I've contacted them I've gotten a response in less than an hour. They definitely care about their customer's satisfaction.

Also, just FYI, there are a couple of other threads regarding Rodentpro that it may be requested these are copied and pasted to.
 
I agree, Rodentpro is the best , I have ordered from several companies and they have the best service by far....

I like Rodentpro's overall quality of mice and rats and the service is great. All they need is to start vacuume sealing the bags so the mice/rats will stay fresher.

I have also used Rodent Pro, and will continue to do so for as long as I have snakes. Great prices and even better service.

I really wish, as diamondback said, that they would vacuum-seal the rodents, though.
