In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Gravid? Layed inverted this morning and is pissy lately. Are females able to move their eggs? I can feel things moving? I don't know the size of bp eggs.

Egg size

I don't know about everyone else, but my BP eggs are about the diameter of large to extra large chicken eggs and about 4" long. You can see pictures of them in my forum post "Good or Bad Eggs".... hope this helps - Robert

It's pretty difficult to tell from that picture.
When did she shed last?
When did she eat last?
Did you notice any building?
Did she "glow"?

Gravid

Hasn't eaten fir a while refuses food and as far as shed it's been a while. It's my first time hard to tell glow or building. Before bred weighed 1200 grams and now weighs 1500

Keeping track of events as they happen will help you determine where you are in the breeding process.
I didn't keep accurate records my first season and I was lost most of the whole season.
Keeping good records of sheds and what they eat and when they eat and writing notes about size and laying inverted and bowl wrapping etc will help you follow the process better.

When your female glows it's pretty hard to miss, she will lighten up till she looks like someone stole your snake and replaced it with a different lighter model :)
If you didn't see a glow chances are she hasn't ovulated yet and she's still building towards ov.

A good timeline of events...

I'm terrible about palpating but when I hold a pregnant female so her lower body just hangs down, you can count the lumps (eggs) on the smaller sized females. On the big girls it is harder to get an exact count, but you can still see the fat belly. It looks like she just ate multiple big meals, even though the records show she hasn't eaten in awhile.
