    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

how can i tell when my gecko is gravid? I found a nice healthy male spotted tail gecko to breed with my little Chikita. I know my baby needs to be around 40grams before i breed her i just want to know what the signs are for a gravis gecko.

Gravid leos will have one or two spots of pink to red circles with alittle bit of white int he middle. THis is basically follicle grading, the whole process is in trempers new book. IT pretty much look like she has eggs at a very early stage, which in context that is what she is doing making eggs..lol

Not an expert on this one, but i knew because there was always a huge mess of calcium on the floor around her calcium dish and some behavior changes. You can also put her in a clear container and post a pic of her belly (i don't know what they look for, but someone here will be able to tell you for sure). :shrug01:

If you to this page on my website: http://www.usageckos.com/info_tipstricks.html , you can see apicture of an ovulating female and you can see the eggs on the sides of her belly, which means she is gravid

P.S. Picture courtesy of Felicia DiMuro (Thanks Felicai!!!)

LOL You're very welcome Jeanne.

You will also notice that she has the pink areas in the middle with white developing in them too, that is the next set of eggs getting ready.

Good question! I don't know, but if your dog had pups you could just put an add in the paper..so i would think no. Maybe if you would if you were going to make a business out of it... :shrug01:

does any one know what a spotted tail gecko and a yellow leo gecko's offspring would look like?
