In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Greg Bowman AKA SnakeModel - Sharie Green

He's certainly not hard to find. I think that I will email all of his coworkers a link to his dealings here.

In one of the PMs I received, Sharie claims he is an officer:

Some people's kids.

The threats and manipulated definitions they (or just Greg) uses are just absurd. I'm still not convinces Sheri Green is aware of her identity being used for these transactions at all.

wow. I just find it so funny that "she" is asking for someone else to be removed from this site because of her perceived "attacks" from this individual.
Hello...pot? This is kettle...you're black!

The lawsuit threats would deter me from ever selling anything to this 'Sharie/Greg' individual. I am also not certain why if someone wants to make a purchase why not simply send the payment the seller is most comfortable with. It seems strange to me. If someone wants a postal m.o.(and I deal with them myself a lot) I,for one, would simply go get a m.o. and send it to the person. It seems like a much easier process for someone busy in real estate than continuing round abouts with paypal and banks being difficult(in Jeremy's case) Just a thought.I'm certain anyone of the fat ladies or young men sitting in their mother's basement would have the sense to go and get a m.o. for an item they wanted to purchase

Because with a money order, you have no recourse if the seller does something shady. What if the animal is DOA and the seller won't send another? Or if they never send the animal in the first place? Paypal is super easy if you're honest and efficient. I've never had a single issue. I make sure there's enough money in my account to cover the purchase, and it goes through instantly. If I know someone, or their reputation, I'll consider sending it as a gift, but, again, that leaves you no recourse for recovery of money.

What does your fat comment have to do with anything?

Oh sorry. The fat comment and the comment about the young men sitting in their mother's basements were a retort to the Sharie/Greg person initially saying Robert Walker has a thing for fat ladies weho sit and post on here.She/he(personally I am with Robert on this one and think they are one in the same )also says the men who post on here are sitting in their mom's basement ruining folk's lives.Sorry I should have included her quotes.I honestly thought a postal money order offered some protection.Point I was trying to make if Diem wanted a postal m.o. why not simply comply with what the seller wants.I am not saavy as far as Paypal goes and if Sharie/Greg was legit she/he may weant to protect themself as a buyer, but she/he can see Diem has a good record on here.Just appears as if the person did not have the money in the first place to make the purchase. Sorry I didn't post quotes the Sharie/Greg individual made.

I do see what you mean though if I am an honest buyer dealing with a seller who may not stand behind their product.A m.o. isn't really buyer friendly.

I also wanted to bring up the fact Sharie repeatedly asks what she has to do with this.Yes she is his fiance but she also MUST not be new to his dirty dealings as her name is mentioned in a BOI from ten years ago.No way is someone blameless and unaware someone is scamming folks for ten years if they are their fiancee.

PayPal offers ZERO buyer protection for animal purchases... so, if anything goes wrong, (other than the seller simply not shipping, ) the buyer is SOL. The only recourse is when a credit card is used, because PayPal can be bypassed (and a claim made through the c.c. bank).

Money orders don't offer protection per se - but they up the ante a bit by elevating the offense to a Federal crime. That doesn't mean the buyer will get the money back, or that prosecution is easy (or that it will even get that far)... it's a big hassle that many won't even bother to pursue.

^That. It's the lesser of two evils.

PayPal actually screws the seller and the buyer both on these sales, and either one can and does end up on the losing end because they are jacked by the other (i.e. seller sends an empty box, but since a tracking number exists, they can get away with saying they sent the item or a buyer sends payment with their credit card or even an e-check and recalls the check or the check bounces after the receive the goods or they challenge the credit card charge). I would not suggest sending Postal MOs to just anyone, but I do not suggest PayPal either.

I'm not even accepting it anymore at this point.

Greg called my job yesterday apparently in an attempt to try to get me in trouble. If they continue to harass my place of employment with baseless accusations and legal threats, management has advised me to take further action to protect myself. What wonderful 'people' these two are.

Oh no he didnt.
you just showed some real class greg. I am sure your fiance would not aprove. But I bet she does not know youare even postig as her. You are just a sad pathetic excuse for a man.

That's true. The one time I ever had to make a claim, they came through with the money. But, like you said, it was a case of simply not shipping (from, let's say, a certain veiled chameleon seller). Fortunately, I've never had to think about other scenarios.

Other than talking to a guy on the phone, has anyone gotten proof that there even is a Greg Bowman. The addresses and phone numbers all trace back to Sharie. There's only one Greg Bowman on FB (in that county), and no mention of a fiance, job, etc. Doesn't mean anything really, just saying. Could this all be Sharie, and maybe a friend who talks politely on the phone on her behalf?

Interesting idea Noelle. Without giving away too much behind the scenes stuff yet, perhaps some of the users from the original posts, 10 years ago, have further info into an actual Greg Bowman.

There has to be some kind of a Greg Bowman for PayPal to allow for direct funds transfer (as someone on this thread received their payment that way after a failed e-check).

sorry to bring up an old thread. i am not a dealer, purchaser or have any affiliations with animals but the love i have for my frenchie. I was assaulted by Gregory Bowman last friday in Montclair California.
I took actions and contacted code enforcement under the assumption that Gregory was living in his unit. Come to find out there was alot more hidden in his unit.
